If you receive a gift card, you can visit the Prescott Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Our gift cards can be used to make purchases online or redeemed in-store with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Prescott offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
