When purchasing carpet I had many questions for Joe. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable when answering my many questions! Home Depot is blessed to have him as an employee because he represents them very well! Great job Joe and will look for you on my next flooring job! Sunset Hills Home Depot has great customer service. The employees actually walk you to the product you are looking for and generally knowledgeable and helpful.

Marty and Leigh work here and they are so helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable.. I was so frustrated but their expert team-help made me happy to continue shopping here

Adam was very helpful, friendly and and knowledgeable. I came to Home Depot to buy repair materials and tools to fix damage to my home after a big storm. I asked what I needed to buy, and I was told exactly what to buy and how to fix my damage. Great help and advice. Thank you.

I always find friendly associates at the Sunset Hills location. We have purchased a water heater and now a dishwasher from Home Depot most recently. While we needed extra help with the water heater, the service was impeccable. You have us as customers for life. The only thing that would make it better is if you would open a location in Eureka, MO!

When shopping at Sunset Hills, I try to check out with Cashier Sherry! She's always friendly, efficient, and can direct me to the aisle to find any items I may have forgotten when I check out. Five Stars for Sherry every time!

I had a problem while trying to check out itself check out and two gentlemen came over and help me and resolved the problem and made my day, would definitely recommend gong to this location.

I am very happy with the selection of plants in the garden center, but do not like the fact that only one line has been open on my last few visits, leading to far too long checkout time. This is an inconvenience to paying customers.

I was looking for something, i was really not looking to be greeted at the door, but an employee while in the store made a effort to ask me what I needed and he directed me to the electric isle. I thought that very nice of him.

Brenda the customer service person yelled at me and argued with me about the price of mulch and made a seen in front of other customers and I will never go back.

Employees at this location are very helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. This creates a friendly "hometown" feel. We will be back!

Sam in flooring department was great to work with when we ordered flooring and carpet last year, the experience was like we had been friends forever. I did go back and thank him after the installation.

The new registration for military discount is complicated. Many older vets do not have access to computers or smart phones. I have both and find it extremely difficult to find the application for discount and then to complete it. This new way is not convenient. It’s not worth the trouble to sign up. It’s a great marketing add but not easy to obtain. Go back to the old way.

Sherry at the sunset hills location is just fantastic! I'll exclusively purchase from this location from now on.

I had an excellent shopping experience because of Corey B. from the wood department. He by far exceeded my expectations and wowed me with his professionalism, helpfulness knowledge and went beyond in assisting me with my project. I showed him my drawings of what I wanted to build and he recommended wood options, stain and more. He even cut the wood to the measurements I needed. I honestly have never experienced such superior customer service. I will highly recommend Home Depot because of Corey B.

Love how HD puts the Season items right up front on display. I went in to by RV Antifreeze and had know idea where to start looking for it. Well it was right at the front door when I walked in. Perfect!

I have not ever not been able to get in and out of this store very quickly when my time is limited, which is usually always! LOL

Associates were friendly and helpful even though they seemed to be working short staffed.

I've been to this store a few times to purchase things for kitchen/bath. The employees in this particular area always seem to be overworked and put out to have to help.

They have a good supply of plants for spring planting. If you have questions about a plant they are happy to help and they will also load heavy things in your car for you.

It’s just not this store in St. Louis mo it’s all of them employees seem too be busy so they are short with customers...I wanted too buy my wife one of them dump wagon could not for the life of me get any help that would be the Lindbergh store.... people there is no way this is the 1st time hearing about this.. I don’t think I will be winning the drawing...your store refused my veteran discount saving $350 customer service do not care...

The workers are always friendly and willing to help with all our projects. Joe Krieger went above and beyond to answer our questions and cut a lot of blinds for us!

We went to the Sunset Hills location to purchase a washing machine. After close to half hour later, we saw an employee come to that aisle and asked him for assistance. We were looking at one particular model and when I turned to ask a question, in was propped up against a washer in the next aisle. After realizing he wasn't interested in assisting us, we left and went to the Arnold location, where we did purchase the washing machine. The man who assisted us was extremely helpful! I called the Sunset Hills location and spoke to a manager about our experience in his store, and was told that it was a nice day, and people didn't want to work. Wow!

We had the best experience shopping at Home Depot today. Our casher, Cindy R. , went over and above the kind of service we usually experience in other stores. She was cheerful, friendly, courteous and helpful. She honored the store advertised price even though we didn't realize it had ended without us saying anything. She was just the best.
