Does the Neptune Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the Neptune store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to order your kit.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present for housewarming parties, birthdays, and the holidays. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. You can buy gift cards online at homedepot.com or in our brick-and-mortar stores. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Redeem our gift cards in-store or use them to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Neptune offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
