I visit this store on average twice a week for something I need for a project or repair. They always have what I need.

I had a great experience here and found all I needed.

The associates at the Corona Home Depot were extremely courteous and helpful. I brought in a HUSKY 4 prong cultivator that broke while working in the garden. They replaced it without any issues. They even allowed me to purchase another tool at the return desk.

Lee in appliances was amazing. Very knowledgeable with a great demeanor.

HORRIBLE SERVICE…. THEY KNOW NOTHING!!!

We just recently started Eco Solutions Junk Removal LLC and I am in this store 2-3 times a week. Everyone is super helpful including the tool rental dept.

i spent more than a week begging Home Depot to spend my money at the Corona, CA store. Relative to my flooring project, my first visit to this store was on 5/9/2024 the second being 5/17/2024. This was by far my worst Home Depot experience. On 5/9 i was given incorrect information; additionally, i opted to apply for credit card, the employee who did the credit application messed up so bad they could not use the new credit card to pay for flooring when I returned on 5/17/24 to order carpet, because he errored. 5/172024 i returned to spend money, not one person acknowledged as they walked past me through flooring department. approached an employee ask she call someone. i heard the call for assistance go over PA system. i waited 20 mins for help. An employee finally showed up and worked up the order however unable to complete transaction. from that point forward they stated it was an IT issue, as i understand it a ticket was not issued on 5/17. i followed up daily begging to spend my money, i got nothing but the run around. Finally on 5/20 i spoke to manager, Karen she told me she put in the IT ticket and may here back in 24 hrs.; through my interaction with Karen it became abundantly clear to me why the employees in this store are poorly equipped to do their jobs along with the notable disengagement of employees. Finally, on 5/21/24 i was able to get the carpeting paid.

We asked for suggestions of contractors and Audrey gave us some numbers. She was friendly and kind. Good experience with her.

Shoutout to Donny for helping me get the most for my dollar. Unfortunately my tools were stolen, and Donny made sure I’d get the most for what I spent. EJ was great at the Register as well. Overall great team.

Every time I go into this store it is always a good experience

Got freezer home and unboxed ! Lo and behold it had been dropped totally crushed on one side ! Returned it no one ever came to help unload or reload new one .

My wife bought Me a few items for My birthday that just passed. Due to her losing everything, her head if it wasn't attached, she didn't have our receipt. When she entered the store, she was treated with An Aggressive Hostility she said and for no good reason whatsoever. Then they refused to make a return which she spent almost $200.00 of our hard earned $$ on. Horrible. Not going back to the store at all until this is fixed. I'll be keeping paint sprayer in my garage unharmed and in box new until contacted.

With a big storm coming in and a badly built driveway that tends to flood and the possibility of a power outage shutting off our pump, I really appreciated that they had a good supply of quality sandbags and that they filled them outside in the parking lot for me! Being able to find the sandbags and then also get them filled was a lifesaver! The employees were patient, hard working, and helpful.

Sergio S. is the man! He went above and beyond helping me with my lumber DIY project when I visited this store after work on 8/16/23 . I wouldn't have been able to get what I needed from the store, nor would I have been able to solve the problem I was trying to solve. Thanks, Sergio. All your help worked perfectly when I applied your guidance at home.

Audrey helped me tremendously today. She was extremely friendly, joyful, and helpful. I hope she is rewarded for being an excellent employee

Got everything needed for our home

This is a standard home depot store. Their selection is normal, their cleanliness is normal, I really wish they would put their self check out back and I really really wish they would hire some people who wanted to work there. Remember when there were more "orange aprons" than patrons in the aisles? And every employee knew what they were talking about in their department? Well, now, I swear the employees dodge the customers and they don't know a screwdriver from a dishwasher. They are so rude too! Especially the customer service and cashiers! How can they employ people who don't even greet you or tell you your total. The entire exchange is "hi" ... scans items...waits for you to insert card or hand over receipt (without tell you the total) the "bye" That's not service at all! I would rather do it myself at self check out but instead Home Depot forces me to wait in line and interact with their rude employees. PASS!

Down through my years living in the city of Corona, California (19+ Years), Home Depot has pretty much 'CAME THROUGH' for me (95+%) with me Home Project 'needs' a many Many times!! I've been Saved a 'Countless Number of Times' by Home Depot (Home equipment needs)!! "Thank you to the 'Utmost', Amen!! :) ;)

I asked for store manager, Stephen claimed to be the store manager. He was rude and condescending. I will not recommend this store in fact I will share to go somewhere else. I asked several times if he was the store manager and they all said yes. He didn’t mind losing out on the $4,000 sale so guess that store doesn’t need my business! He scoffed at having a service animal. He didn’t want to honor a military discount. He was just completely rude and wasted my time! No customer service! I’d recommend all the Eagle Glen residents make the drive to the Eastvale store where they have excellent customer service!
