I recently visited Home depot store in 95132 CA great mall location, person at the counter name Laita helped me exceptionally well by calling quickly the information support staff to help me pick the right product for my garden.

I had the best experience going to the Home Depot by Drew...he helped me throughout the store and his supervisor Darrel was wonderful as well. What a treat for a when you don't have a lot of time.

I had some returns on my wife's Debit card no big deal Samantha said store credit for a couple small items since I didn't have the card. I spend all my money here anyways she was nice and nice to look at too

As a resident of Milpitas, I appreciate the folks working at the Home Depot near the Great Mall, especially, during Covid. Returns are always no hassle and Samantha did well. I've made many trips to Home Depot over the past two months fixing up place. I'm done with my project, and I'm so glad Home Depot and their employees were there to help me get it done.

Lynn the store cashier is absolutely horrible. Ruined my whole day. Wouldn’t accept my Military ID. No discount and even followed me as I tried to go to another more reasonable cashier to make sure my ID was not accepted. I use a picture of my Veteran card and my drivers license to verify. Used it a million times here. But not with this b%*%. I’m asking for her demotion ASAP. She hates American Vets for sure.

This location always has the items I need in stock. The staff is super friendly and really seem to care about it's customers and fellow employees.

All customer service employees are very helpful and all were smiling and will stop and approach you for help. Thank you so much.

Jesse and the female Manger at Milpitas store is the best employee at Homedpot I have ever met, very patient and helpful.

My cashier was rude. It’s not my fault she hates her job. Don’t take it out on me. She was oozing with attitude.

It's not their fault that their physical INVENTORY DOES NOT MATCH their website.... but I HAVE TO hold it against them. Unreliable. Time is precious.

Do NOT go to this store! If you need to go to home depot, I would strongly recommend the Martin St. store in Santa Clara or even the Sunnyvale store! This store has the worst customer service ever!!!

The store is conveniently located nearly residential bldgs.There is more than ample parking space.Customer service is pretty good and the items are reasonably priced,but would need more varieties to choose from.
