Are Kids Workshops offered at the W Plano Home Depot?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. You can purchase them at our stores or online at homedepot.com. If you're a recipient, you can visit the W Plano Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Redeem our gift cards for online or in-store shopping, all with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot W Plano offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us in the app that you're on the way.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
