A:  Yes it is easy to mount on cement wall. Simply mount using any of the fasteners made for mounting tto cement walls. There are many special fasteners sold at Home Depot. Just ask someone and they will show you to the section where they are sold. As long as you have an electric drill its a easy task.

A:  Actually answering my own question! The manufacturer replied very speedily to my email and you feed new strap into box from the rear (obviously, the box needs to be unscrewed from wall) and then it screws to a screw on inside of door.

A:  Use this key box for the pool lock works great because only three people have the combination. Don't that someone will pick up the keys if we hung them up or we left them somewhere
