Or know of another case for the purpose of sorting multiple bits of the same size without having to buy a 200+ cheap drill bit set where the bits are probably not that good?

Perfect For Wire Connectors
The Stanley parts organizer is exactly what I hoped it would be. I purchased two over 20 years ago and the new one is basically identical. I am using them to store wire connectors.

Love these things
I build airplanes for a living, and we use these organizers for the millions of small parts we use.
Naturally I wanted some for my garage.
So good at organizing small or other parts.
I used a CNC router to make a giant shelf. To store them.
Now I can find small bolts and the like.
I find myself not buying new hardware nearly as much since I can find old bolts that work.
You can also download 3D files online and 3D print new sizes and styles of trays.

This is the second one I bought because I loved it so much. I now prefer the shallow compartments and the fact that you can move them around. I have one to hold my nails and now one to hold screws. I use empty 8 dram pill bottles in the larger compartments to separate longer screws/nails so I don't have to do searching for them in a pile of screws. You can fit up to 3 8 Dram pill bottles in the larger compartments and 2 6 Dram pill bottles in the medium size. I bought a bunch of 6 Dram bottles especially for my screws. Planning on consolidating all my screws from various drawer organizers in to this. I bought these to be able to carry a small supply of screw of just about everything I might need to go over to our children's and others houses to work on fix-up projects. So I'm not concerned about the volume of nails and screws I have as much as having a wide variety. But they do hold a LOT of screws. Attached is a picture of how I organized by nails.
I would suggest putting the thinnest nails and washers, etc. in the small compartments in the corners as they tend to slip over the edge if you put them in the compartments closer to the middle.

Seriously? What were you thinking??? While I would recommend this product, be aware that someone at Stanley thought it would be a good idea to make a storage container with a clear cover so you can see what’s in it and THEN put a label on it that you can’t remove without a lot of work. Seriously? Someone at Stanley should be fired. Or maybe Stanley and GooGone have a deal going....

SO USEFUL
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work as a professional handyman for designers and contractors so I need a wide variety of fasteners and hardware. the problem is that I need lots of small containers for just a small amounts of all kind of those. This shallow storage container has lots more removable compartments than the full size deep storage container AND two of these fit in the same space as one of the deep storage container. I have a whole side of my work van with tow vertical stacks of both types and it's like having a hardware store with me.
I can take the whole case in with me OR just a single inside compartment.

Great flexibility
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased three of these professional organizers. They hold all of my miscellaneous parts. I have enough empty bins among the three that I can reorganize the bins in one organizer to accommodate the job at hand. This has made them extremely useful. I carry the job-specific organizer with my tools inside while leaving the other two in the vehicle. All three have survived shifting around in the rear of the vehicle.

These Stanley containers are well made, super-durable, and stay closed and tight (parts don't spill out of their bins into others) no matter how you carry them. The removable bins make it easier take out what you need - or reorganize within the organizer - than containers that have fixed dividers. The latches are strong and won't pop open even if you drop the organizer. I like the clear lids that allow a quick view of the contents without having to open it which I find to be a drawback to the opaque/solid lids on other brands. And while they don't interlock with each other like a Festool Systainer, with a little weight inside they will stack on each other and stay put pretty well: When you consider the Festool Systainers start at $79 each, I'll take the Stanleys at $11 (and $14 for the deep version) all day long. I preferred to build a rack system for easier access though - see the accompanying pictures. I highly recommend these organizers to anyone looking for a quality built, well designed, and value priced parts storage solution.
