Located in this store is an employee by the name of Stephanie, She is what I consider an outstanding employee. She was willing to assist a customer like me when I couldn't find any assistance in the store even though I did asked. She help me lift two 4 by 8 sheets of drywall and put them in a cart. Outstanding I must say. She is a shinning light in a dim and sometimes dark store, when it comes to employee assistance,

When I am in the Stockbridge area my number one Home Depot is the Ellenwood store. The customer service is great! Everyone was wonderful

Donnavin was extremely kind professional and helpful. He helped us with our purchase of 2 five gallons of Bher water proofing stain and & sealer. Although he was extremely busy as there were several customers, he was professional to each, and everyone of them. We appreciated his professional service. He was very kind a true gentleman. He knew what he was doing and did and exceptional job. Great customer service. He deserves recognition. Toni, the cashier was also very knowledgeable and awesome!

I bought these blinds about 2 months ago, but I didn’t bother to try to put them up until Thanksgiving. Upon placing one of the panels on a door, I found I hadn’t measured correctly, and it was too short. Home Depot instantly refunded my purchase and looked up my receipt information. I was so thankful. They didn’t give me any grief or hassle

We went to another Home Depot and was totally convince that we needed to shop at another home improvement store; however, after giving the Ellenwood, GA Home Deport a chance and having Victor as the person who helped us, we will shop now only at the Ellenwood store.
