Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting CFLs, lead acid batteries, rechargeable batteries, and plastic plant pots for recycling.

Our stores sent approximately 5.3M pounds of shredded paper for recycling in 2022. This has helped the planet by preserving over 63.5K trees. It kept over 16K trash bags of solid waste out of landfills, saved over 50M gallons of water, and conserved 7.8M kilowatt hours of electricity.

Since 2010, we have decreased electricity consumption by over 52% in our U.S. stores.

Shop the sales from 6/6/24 through 6/18/24, and make Dad proud of the bargains you found.

Are Kids Workshops offered at the Kent Home Depot?

Yes, the Kent store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular present during the holiday season or for any occasion. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to give and to receive. You can purchase them at our stores or online at homedepot.com. If you're a recipient, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Kent offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

Picking up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
