While Olefin is water-resistant, it’s best to bring it indoors if heavy rain is expected.

CushionGuard™: An exclusive, durable acrylic fabric, CushionGuard repels water, spills and stains. It’s also UV protected to withstand the elements without fading. This mid-price range fabric easily wipes clean with a damp sponge and is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

Premium Sunbrella®: Made of durable acrylic, this higher-end fabric resists water, stains, mold and mildew. It’s engineered to prevent fading. Easy to clean, Sunbrella is machine washable and includes a 5-year limited warranty.
