The first step is to collect or purchase several wooden crates. The crates look best if all are the same color.
Next, stack crates to form a stand at least waist height. Begin with the largest crates for stability. If desired, turn several crates on their sides to use as shelves. Be sure the station is stable. In place of crates, a small outdoor table works well, too.
