A Note From The Home Depot
This classic front door holiday decor was styled by the very talented Courtney Clymer of Lifestyled Atlanta for The Home Depot’s Holiday Style Challenge. We sent her a few boxes of Home Depot Christmas decorations for her to decorate her front door for the holidays.
Take a look at Courtney’s lovely front door and its timeless Christmas decor.

I was assigned my front door area for this challenge, and it’s one of my favorite parts of my house. When we bought our fixer upper in Roswell, Georgia, we had a single door with side lights. We were lucky enough to be on the receiving end of a beautiful set of double doors to replace our single one and it has made such a difference in our curb appeal. So, I always love getting to buy two wreaths and decorating for each season.

After we bought our house, we put new board and batten shutters on, and painted the exterior white. I love the traditional look of a white and black house, so I like to keep my holiday decor on the traditional, Southern side too. A pop of red looks so fabulous and classic against a white house, so I tried to stay in that theme and add pops all over.

Here’s what I did to step up my exterior game for this Holiday Style Challenge.
-Planters withwinter greens, faux poinsettias, bows & pine cones / berries

-Snowy front door wreaths with matching topiaries

-Holiday accents on our front bench – “Noel” pillow

I obviously had to bring my fur babies in on the fun (this photo may or may not be going on our Christmas card… does it get any cuter?)

I love the stripe detailing on the wreaths and topiaries because it adds a neutral aspect that will go with any other decor.

It is truly the most wonderful time of the year, and my little house on a hill totally reflects that now. Plus, we are even more ready for our annual Christmas party now, thanks to
