Family Media Room Update With Lifeproof Carpet

For our new home, I knew I wanted some carpet in a few areas of the house. The major space that we definitely wanted to install quality carpet was our family media room.

For this space in our house, we chose Lifeproof carpet from The Home Depot. The style is Briarmoor II and the color is called (21) Flintstone.

Before I went to the store, I took rough measurements of the spaces we wanted to have carpet installed and wrote it in a note on my phone. I went into the store and flipped through an aisle of carpet samples and fell in love with the Briarmoor II carpet. It was a surprisingly easy, and an obvious choice for me.

After I chose my sample, I took it to the desk in the flooring department. The sweetest lady helped me put everything into their system. We chose a day for the installation team to come and do accurate measurements. A few days later, the installer came to take measurements and it was a quick and easy process. They worked hard to make sure there was little to no waste, and to not have any obvious seams in the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised at their attention to detail.

The Home Depot professional installers came and moved our furniture out of the space and began installation. The team worked quickly and all four spaces done in a just a few hours. They vacuumed and cleaned until everything was perfect. Everyone was so great to work with and so friendly. The second they left, my kiddos ran and hopped on the carpet shouting in excitement about how soft it was.
