Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Associates are to busy talking amongst them selves to help customers.

An employee helped us find just what we were looking for in a friendly and efficient manner.

If you need help in the lighting department in the evening, ask for Quae, a delightful young gentleman who was both helpful and extremely personable during our recent visit. In our opinion, he's management material!

Customer service stinks! I have to go to the paint dept. each time and have an employee paged to the appropriate department. Unless you are quick enough to trip someone up - they ignore you.

I frequently visit this store and find plenty of stock and friendly employees that are very pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. This is a rare commodity nowadays considering the stress and strain of the Covid pandemic that has been an issue for several months. I have also visited the store on Rt. 7 in Schenectady and the employees there were also very helpful and friendly. I would like to extend to Nadir my sincere thanks and appreciation for today's visit @ the Washington Ave ext. store though. He went above and beyond to help me!

Overall the store experience was awesome. Nate and Matt deserve gold stars. On other hand Miss Dawn was not nice and walked away from me when I asked if she could check to see which store had more. Quite Rude. I would just avoid Miss unsociable

These crooks took my money with the understanding that they would deliver a refrigerator.. However, they decided to keep my money and never deliver the refrigerator..

The store was clean and well stocked. The precautions for Covid-19 were excellent. The gentleman at the service desk at 7 am on 5/27/20 was extremely helpful and apologetic regarding a negative on-line incident I had experienced the night before; Fred (from electrical) and Jamie (who was on a fork-lift) on 5/26/20 between 8:15 - 8:45 pm when I called on the phone regarding a product I needed went above and beyond to help me. I would like to commend both of them for their patience and helpfulness. Upon my visit to the store on 5/27/20, two other employees whose name I did not get were very helpful in finding items and very friendly and kind. This is a great store with five star customer service. God bless you all!

Every aspect of mine and my parents visit was positive. The store was clean and well stocked. Each employee we came across was friendly and helpful. We received suggestions and help in the paint department that was welcoming. Our cashier was happy and had a positive attitude. Two other employees went above and beyond with losing a lawn mower into our car. Compared to other home improvement stores this one has been the best in the area. I will definitely return to this store, especially since becoming a new homeowner.

Just great, helpful and knowledgeable staffs that helps me do a professional looking job for projects around my home. They help me found things I need, and more often than not, they find me and try to help me.

Hazim is possibly one of the most adorable employees I have ever engaged with at a Home Depot store. He is kind, funny, and very quick! He makes my stops into this store much more enjoyable.
