Good people. Well laid-out displays. Clean store. Did I say good people?

Store is well stocked and the pro desk very helpful.

The store was neat and tidy. No clutter to block and try to walk around. The employees were very friendly and seemed very genuine in wanting to assist us. They were happy to give ideas on our projects and were very helpful. Also impressed with the safety precautions I witnessed in securing safety for shoppers. What a great store !

Store associate Susannah went above and beyond assisting me with checkout. She was covering self checkout and saw there were no other checkers in area and came over to assist. Very personable.

Friendly people and very helpful to find products I was looking for!

I came into the store to purchase a stove/oven. The person that helped me was very helpful his name was John. The area was busy so they called over more help so that the customers did not have to wait. John was very helpful. the store was clean and I found and ordered my new oven.

Product availability/quantity is comparable to other HDs that I have visited in similar size communities. I have been impressed by the uniform friendliness/willingness to help of all store personnel. Even the few times I have not found the specific item I was looking for - there were personnel willing to show me what was there and to offer possible alternatives.

The store facilities inside and out were well kept and organized, The Employees were pleasant, knowledgeable and expert in their explanations and attitude. A very enjoyable experience.

Good store, seems to have what I am looking for. Employees can usually help me with what I need. I think it would be nice if employees were more cross trained in different areas so they don't have to radio a person to do certain tasks, especially if that one person is already busy. Sometimes I am told a product or service isn't available in store. Sometimes that is frustrating to come all the way to the store just to be told the product isn't available and I have to go back home and order it online. I rated 4/5 stars because I think there is always room for improvement. Overall I am able to get help and find what I need. Another example of why I gave HD a rating of 4/5 is I waited for an online deal to come back in stock for 3 months. I called the 1-800 number and had a Home Depot rep check on it every few weeks. They were not able to get any more information on this item or when it would be in stock again. The item was a Ridgid dual battery charger with 2 Amp Hour battery for $129.99. I was told it would be back in stock, but it never did. Things like that are frustrating.

Making customers wait in line while processing credit card applications, is not what the checkout counter should be used for. I thought it was rude.

The store overall was neatly organized and everything one could need for home improvement was available. Plenty of friendly and willing staff members available to help.

Had a new countertop/backsplash put in. We are very happy with the results. Michelle in the kitchen design area helped us through the whole process including making sure the backsplash people called us to set up an appointment. We were very impressed with her. Any questions we had she would call us back immediately with an answer . Great employee with a super work ethic.

Jennifer Borg an employee for this store was very helpful in answering questions and assisting me in ordering my windows. Also helped me by providing paper and markers to keep the 3 young children with me busy while I was going through the ordering process. Thank you!

Nice place, fairly easy to navigate, friendly people, plenty to offer, nice selection, popcorn provided, close to our home area.

The employee was very helpful. He sets a good example of how a home depo employee should be. Will shop here again .

I easily found the product I was looking for and easily purchased said product. When the time came for delivery, I spent an hour on the phone mapping out how to get to me residence. I waited 4 hours on the day of delivery, until I was notified by the delivery company that they ignored my delivery. When I contacted the delivery agency they asked if "I was able bodies" and "If I could drive 200 miles to pick up the refrigerator". I explained that I would need to be compensated for delivering my own refrigerator, they then referred me to Home Depot. The Local Home Depot repeatedly proved their incompetence by failing to meet delivery deadlines. In the end I ended up delivering my own appliance and got no assistance from the local Home Depot.

The employee's are always very helpful!

If u need something they r short of takes a week to get more. And if u need help loading seems like everyone disappears.

This Home Depot is a great location with outstanding, courteous staff members. They are extremely helpful despite being incredibly busy. They truly focus on the customers first which is their true advantage over other similar stores. From the greeters at the door to the cashiers as you leave, I've found it to be a great, community-minded store.

The employees are friendly, smiling, and very helpful. The store is neat and is arranged in a way that is easy to find items. However, if you cannot find something, it is easy to find an employee who will help you find the item.

Very helpful staff. They treat our dog real well. We enjoy going in.

We are always satisfied shopping here in Albert Lea. The staff is always helpful and available when needed unlike other stores the staff sends you to the other side of the store to get rid of you. It's always a pleasant experience to shop here.
