Your employees have helped me on numerous occasions. My wife is the home improvement person in our family. I am the person who is usually not sure what he is being sent to get.

Excellent shopping experience at our local Home Depot. Employees go out of their way to be sure you find what you need and to help you in anyway they can. They are friendly, polite, and welcoming from the time you enter and through the check out process!!!

I drove 30 miles from my home to pickup a special order and some screws from the Alexander City Home depot. I was greeted at the door and made fast work of the services I needed. I left there a satisfied customer and will definitely be going back soon. Wayne Parducci

I love shopping at our local Home Depot because the employees always go out of their way to be helpful. They always help you find the items you are looking for and make you feel that you are a valued customer. I have always had pleasant shopping experiences in the store and I especially like buying plants in the garden center because they are fresh and well cared for.

PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY HERE IN THIS STORE. IT'S NOT A FULL-SIZE STORE, BUT USUALLY HAS HAD EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER GONE IN TO BUY.

Smaller store but has sufficient stock , if not in stock can order for next day pickup in most instances. Reason I gave it 4stars is the new cart storage in the lot. There is one in each aisle of the parking lot, taking up 2 spaces and they are nearly as wide and long as the spaces. Makes it difficult to pull in next to one with a truck.

My Cashier, Latonya, was so delightful and helpful! She made my day by being so patient and friendly.

The cashiers along with management just dit at front desk gossiping.

Don't expect to get any Lumber or building materials in a convenient time. Most of the time all employees are busy and you can't get any help at all. It would be better to go somewhere else.

The store was clean, cashiers were very friendly. The staff was there to help but were not pushy. I liked that. They let me roam a few minute to let me just browse until I decided what I wanted.

Employees go above and beyond to assist especially in lumber department

Pros: Store is very clean, Great Staff, Nice Layout Great Parking, Easy in and out from 280 Cons: No Cut Saw, No CELL RECEPTION You need to fix the issue with the cell reception as people come from long distances and use the Home Depot App to Save their lists on, this causes people to forget things, causing multiple trips and added expanse! Funny, but I do not have this problem at Harbor Freight, Russell Do It or Lowe's!

Everything was in good order and the person ,DEVANE, was just great. She was friendly and very helpful. My order was done very quick and I am satisfied .

Associates in all dept's are helpful and are willing to take the time make sure you find what you need.

Nice little store but is on the average side of things and does not compare to the store in Sylacauga AL . If you need rentals on tools or equipment you're out of luck , I guess they don't want to compete with the rental people down the road close to them .The people at this location are what makes it special , they are very helpful and friendly. Great folk just doing the best they can with what they have. I shop here often , it is easy in and out .I do recommend it .
