Store was clean and well organized. Employee knew all about merchandise I was looking at and made recommendations. Computer would not give discount at work sttion but she made sure it was taken care at check out station. Recommend this individual be considered for a promotion and or a raise.

A clean, friendly "customer-oriented" store that is a pleasure to do business during my weekly visits. Paint department exceptional with their assistance and professional demeanor.

The fine people at this location went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find everything I needed and sold it to me at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this store to anyone who has a major project in mind and needs a little guidance. These guys and gals are PROFESSIONALS!!!!

Per chased several items , and had to returen one of them .it went very smoothly and no hang ups and email receipt was sent right away!

Excellent service. The best place to buy paint. I bought a light color of the "Paint & Primer in one"...it covered a dark wall beautifully in 2 coats. Absolutely no problems.

The store was smaller than most HD I have been to, that being said it was very well organized with a personalized feel. there was always a store associate close at hand for what ever I needed.

I went to HOME DEPOT to purchase WATER HEATER. As I walked in an Associated asked if I needed help.He directed me to the right department ,accessed me with my selection of the water heater .He call two more assc. to get the water heater that was on the top shelf.They got it down loaded on a platform and wheeled it to the cashier(the cashier was very pleasant) . After check out, the Associates wheeled the product to my truck and loaded same ..VERY HELPFUL PLEASANT Shopping .

An online order became completely confused and convoluted! Ms. Pat Bull worked for hours to straighten the account, refund what was owed and help us obtain the needed products. She remained calm and helpful throughout a very frustrating situation. She literally worked on it for several days but was able to straighten out the situation! Today, Jerome was great in directing us to the items for which we were looking! We are very happy with our local Home Depot!

Every time I have been to this store I have been able to get what I needed. Only disappointment was I was needing some paneling and there wasn't a large selection to choose from in stock.

I found the store associate I worked with to be very friendly and his knowledge of the inventory to be excellent. I had a great experience at this store and will be back whenever I need to shop for any item they carry.. I had the best customer service experience at this location.

I went in Home depot to buy a battery for my drill , the associate helped me find an even better deal by buying a new combo drill, battery and charger cheaper than that one battery. I believe I came out ahead in this deal, and the prices on all their tools are cheaper than the next door competition. I give Home Depot in Alexander City, Alabama an A+. Sincerely Rev. During our recent remodel project we found everything we needed at our local Home Depot. We do not have time to travel out of town. Our next project is in the works thanks to the ease of purchasing all items locally. Thanks Home Depot!

The products we were looking for were easy to find and check out was quick.

My husband and I are doing our own home improvements. It has been really easy for us to find products that we need and help from associates when we've had questions.

I moved from a city in Texas where there were 5 very large Home Depots and other big box stores within a 5 miles radius. I had never seen a small Home Depot until the Alexander City, Alabama. It may be small in structure but very large in helpfulness and knowledge of the store. I am very impressed with the friendly and professional treatment by the Associates and will be back. I have visited other Hardware stores in the area and have walked out of one of them because of how I was treated by the workers. The workers could not in any way shape or form be compared to the Associates at Home Depot. Thank you Home Depot Associates for making me feel at home in your store.

This store may be a smaller HD, but it operates like any of the other large stores. The store is always clean and the associates work hard, and you can tell they really do want to help customers as much as possible. I've always had a positive experience at this store, and I doubt that will change anytime soon.

I love the way the customer service people and associates are willing to help me in anything I may need. I am disabled and really appreciate them loading my materials.

Associates/management always willing to go the extra step to fulfill customers expectations, wether there to order an item needed or to take care of warrantied item. Always fast and prompt handle of transaction. Can always walk in/out with issue resolved without politics.

Never had a bad experience at this store since it's been open. Associates were very helpful on recommendations on any home improvement builds.

I am pleased with everything that has to do with the store and the employees. I just wish that the Alexander City, AL store, had more variety of products. There at a lot of things that are not carried in the store, I have to go to another HD to purchase.

Associates are friendly and helpful they also have a great selection
