Really nice and helpful employee! The best customer service received! The gentleman from Garden Department helped us with my daughter's construction project. We couldn't finished the project without him. He was very patient and thoughtful. We are grateful to have a Home Depot like this near us.

First time I have had such great assistance in picking up products at the store and had them taken to my car!

I visited the West End Village Home Depot 5 times this weekend and received stellar customer service every time! Once I went back because I had left a small piece for my garden hose in the cart and the employee at customer service was so helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Over the course of the weekend we bought and built a raised garden (thanks to Doug!), filled the garden with about 40 bags of dirt, planted that garden, and filled my front yard with bushes and flowers. Thanks to Home Depot and the friendly, helpful staff, spring has sprung in our yard!

The store was more clean than some of the other Home Depot stores in our area. I have sever allergies so this is important to me. Products were easy to find. All store associate were friendly and helpful.

This store location is very convenient to my location very clean, Organized and friendly. I was in and out of the store in no time at all and the sales worker greeted me immediately with a smile I will definitely be returning back to this store in a few days.

One of the customer service employees, Doug, took time to explain the steps I needed to follow in a landscaping project. He inspired me to make the project better, and stayed with me every step of the way, from picking out materials to loading them in my car. I was very impressed with the customer service knowledge and professionalism, and will definitely shop here again!

Just a note to let all Home Depot employees know that there are three employees from store 4603 whom are living, breathing examples of excellent customer service and are worthy of admiration and praise. I went into the store looking for a pull cart for a local homeless man. When I couldn't find exactly what I needed on my own, Bob from the Garden Department took the time to listen to what I had to say and then found me exactly what I needed. Bob also enlisted the aid of one of his assistant managers (Mike) who very generously marked the cart down. Bob walked me to the front of the garden department where Mike (cashier) rang up the other items I had. All three of these guys were great and showed immense compassion for their fellow man. Because of their generosity and kindness, a person whose life is difficult at best is now better. Thank you.

I got there 5 minutes before close. All employees were still cheerful and helpful. One staff member even walked over to help me when I was struggling with some boxes. He brought them to the register and even out to my car. The cashier was so kind, funny, and even gave me a great deal on some packing wrap that I hadn't noticed was previously opened. Honestly, the experience blew me away. I highly recommend!

I like this store. Glad to see the rest of the shopping center is getting a makeover too!

This HD is always fabulous, today my cashier Metshet was super friendly and easy to work with. She was helpful and made it a pleasure to shop!

The lumber department was very helpful. They got the wood down for me, cut the pieces I needed. The cashier was very friendly and even found somebody to help load my car. Customer service is always busy, but they were helpful as well. I highly recommend this store.

The staff is very attentive and make sure you are getting the products that you need. For example, Mr. Punch was very helpful with the different spray paints and which type of spray paint will be best for my project. In addition, he was very helpful with the color that I could not decide and Mr. Punch offered his advice between heirloom white and regular white.

I met the store manager Melanie, she help with the products that I need and help me push my cart to the cashier. It was very nice of her. I would give her a ten stars if we had that options.

You will find in this store everything you are looking fore. Very clean, the workers are charming and willing to help, very respectful and are extremelly efficient.

Do yourself a favor - shop at this Home Depot! Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, polite staff will help speed-up retail experience. In particular, look for the cashier - Biz Uhan. He is one of the BEST cashiers around. Home Depot is lucky to have him. .

This store is always neat and if you go during the week, it's never too crowded. The staff is also always very helpful and parking is easy. I live equidistant to this store and the HD in Falls Church and I prefer this one 1000 times over!

The S. Pickett Home Depot in Alexandria has by far the best customer service for Home Depots in the DMV area! All of their employees are eager to help you, very knowledgeable on products and locations, and they go above and beyond to assist you as a customer.
