The staff in flooring were great. Assisted us with pricing out a carpeting on a few rooms in our house. We appreciated their patience and amazing customer service.

I came to store to purchase a washer/dryer. Salesperson was very helpful, assisted with price matching and obtaining financing.

This large, clean and well stocked store is more than competitive with other big box stores. The combination of knowledgeable staff, vast array of products, good pricing and attractive financing make this a first stop for me whenever I need appliances, hardware or lawn and garden supplies. I just bought a new washer and dryer and the entire experience was conducted in an efficient and pain free manner. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

Store is always clean and well stocked. The garden shop has a good selection of plants and flowers.

The store is well stocked. When I have a question about tile or cabinetry, they are helpful. There are limited options in store but I hop online an go to the store to look at comps.

The store is great overall and the employees are very friendly and helpful. What the issues are, Home Depot uses the wrong 3rd party companies for their work which can be hit and miss. My wife and I ordered a washer for my mother-in-law at the end of November for a scheduled delivery on 12/21/17. A few days prior, the 3rd party (LinnStar Appliance Deliveries) called us up to confirm the appointment and gave us a time frame. We cleared our schedule completely to accommodate them and make sure everything would be easy for them. A couple hours into the time frame, they called up to let us know they were about 90 minutes out. The time came and passed. We called and they mentioned we weren't forgotten and they were on their way. NOBODY SHOWED! We called them and they were closed. We waited just in case the delivery driver was still working late and perhaps the office itself was closed. Nobody came as of 10:30pm. The next day we called up and nobody answered. Waited a couple hours and called again and left a message. They called back and apologized. They transferred us to their local location for us to find out what was going on. The manager (or whomever we spoke with) mentioned that they couldn't get a hold of the delivery personnel and they'll try and figure out what was going on. Several hours pass and no call back. I went to Home Depot and spoke with a lady at the appliance department. She was extremely helpful and called the 3rd party up directly as well as gave me their direct number so that we don't get the runaround. They guaranteed delivery for today (12/22/17). After a while, they mentioned they were 20 minutes out. Not the 30 minutes to an hour time frame that they were going to give us ahead of time. TWENTY Minutes. Time comes and goes.....AGAIN. They eventually did show up. The guy who came broke a hose or spilled a lot of water all over the floor. He told us to clean it as he went back to his vehicle. Not only did he not clean up his own mess he created, the pedestal for the washing machine was also damaged and needed to be reordered and another day to be delivered. Nothing but huge headaches with this company. Many bad reviews on YELP!. Because of this, I may not order another appliance through Home Depot.

I don't know about the rest of the store, but go here for paint especially if Joy is working. You'll know her when you get there. She's the one who greets you promptly with a smile, and she wants to help you. There are few with her patience level, and she seemed quite happy to help me get the right product for our project.

Time and time again, I am very satisfied with the professionalism of the team staff.

The customer service in this store is outstanding. The employees are looking for ways to help without being annoying. On my way to the restrooms, I passed one employee who was walking the other way, and he asked if I needed any help. I said no as we passed and that was the end of it. Afterward, I was standing in front of the thermostats display for maybe 4 or 5 minutes and another employee came up to me and asked it I needed any help. He then spent about half an hour explaining not just the different smart thermostats, but the different smart light bulbs, switches, doorbells, etc.

I was shopping for paint and I didn't have to hunt for someone to help me as I do in the other home improvement store I shop at. The employees were eager to answer my questions, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall a good experience.

You have these contest but never have I heard or seen anyone win. It would be nice to actually here of someone enjoying there prize!

Did you find the products you were looking for easily? VERY EASILY. Were you able to get assistance if you needed it? ALWAYS !!!! Was the store clean? YES. Were our associates friendly and helpful? ALWAYS.

We found exactly what we were looking for at our Home Depot. The customer service person was very helpful and very cheerful. Over all it was a great experience and we will be back to shop.

I've always gotten all my appliances here, but my experience today started very bad, but became exceptional! Betsy the asst. mgr helped me with a rude employee and saved me from going to another store. She obliged my request to have Justin help me, as he did in the past. Justin is amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I bout a gas range and a microwave. Hats off to Betsy and Justin! Hope they get a raise! 110% satisfaction today!

Never disappointed with staff in specialized departments

No matter where you are in the store, Mike the store manager is there to help. Everytime I'm in the Algonquin store I receive the best service. Good luck finding the store manager,or anybody to help you in lowes or menards.

I was told the Pro Desk would be open Sat. 8/12 until 2:30 so I could place a lumber order and get the price match offer that ended at the end of the day. When I got to the store at 1, the Pro desk was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. I explained my situation and the employees there started helping me until Mike the manager showed up. Mike made sure I was taken care of and thanked me constantly for my patience. Once my lumber order was done, he took me around the store and gathered all my hardware requests. Great Customer Experience
