This is my go to store for when I have a project that needs to be done. I’m always finding what I need. Tools to gardening. I recently bought a leaf blower and cuts my leaf blowing in half. I’m a happy homeowner. Thank you.

I bought the stuff today and I am happy with it

Busy store with limited help. Lots of missing parts when purchasing item. People would buy, use what they need and return. Store would then stock shelves back up with returned items. Bought a bottle of plumbers putty and found someone had used and returned. Waited for 30 mins for associate to get me a tool box. loaded it and drove it home, only to find it was dented in. Had to haul it back and wait in line to return their garbage.

The staff here suck, I always have issues with them

Ordered a Ryobi 18v pressure washer, picked up a 5-gallon bucket and lid….the pressure washer was ready for pick up in the lockers outside…easy process from beginning to end!

Over the past nearly 30 years the Home Depot in Alhambra has been my “go to” place for all of my home project needs.

I am so disappointed. I purchased a fridge to have it delivered to my home. When delivery day came, the driver left my fridge at the bottom of my stairs. Apparently, Home Depot charges extra for installation (completely understandable) but I wish I was informed of that when I made the purchase. Instead I had to go to home depot to complain that I was not told that when I made the purchase. This is information that SHOULD ALWAYS be told to the customers. It was ridiculous that I had to go back and forth. I spoke to the a supervisor, Cynthia. She was incredibly rude, no help and wanted to charge me for something I didn’t know about. Horrible. Then I went to the store and spoke to Louie & he was the problem solver. Thank you Louie.

Went to this Home Depot to get a locked tool. Asked for help to get it. No one came to unlock the tool. Had to take everything, including the peg that the tools were hanging on,to the front self checkout and have a person unlock it for me to purchase

I love the garden department. Since I am a retired coach operator and able to go out and pick beautiful flowers for my garden. Plus enjoying walking around the store for helpful tips on a home project. :)
