My favorite home depot!!!! Betty was great with her customer service. I always feel at home.

I went at a busy time in the summer and the store did have a spill that was being addressed, but I found the quarter-round molding I looked for and checkout was quick. I had a good expereince.

I walked into the store 5 minutes before close searching for a dehumidifier for my basement. As I walked in, I saw an employee and asked him what aisle it was in. After searching that aisle, I couldn’t find the model I was looking for. I went to the customer service counter and asked for assistance. There was a woman at the counter who greeted me but an African-American male employee who I assumed was the manager interrupted us and started interrogating me in a disrespectful manner on what I was looking for. (I can’t remember his name). I just remember his voice inflection was horrible and he seemed annoyed by something. I’m not certain why especially since I was going to spend over $300. I guess he couldn’t get off his high horse and was too busy to assist me. He delegated the task to another employee who was very friendly and helpful to find the model I was looking for. Luckily, I was in dire need of the dehumidifier because I do not take disrespect lightly. This is my last purchase from the company. This manager ruined my experience and needless to say I will be taking my future business to your competitor. Please train your managers on customer service 101!

Waiting so long for a associate to help with a Gate Latch aisle was empty. More than 25 min iba e to bring down the box my self.

Never have issues at this location. Always in and out with no problems and I never need help because everything is near and where it should be

Employees were not friendly or helpful.

It seems that Home Depot and Lowe’s are in competition to see which can completely dissatisfy their customer base. My absolute worst experience with Home Depot. The staff were non existent. After no assistance from employees I stumbled upon some of the items I came in to buy.

We just recently moved into a new home and needed to get appliances. We ordered them and expected them to be delivered the beginning of August. Because of Covid everything has been back ordered. We were without a refrigerator, washer and dryer. After several phone calls and LG not answering we went to the store. Lance and Scott spent quite a long while trying to figure out how to get us the delivery as quickly as possible. We made a color change with the washer and dryer and they were able to get that delivered within a week. The refrigerator will not be available until October. Before we left the store we had a small loaner refrigerator to come home with. We can not thank both Lance and Scott enough for working with us as they did to accommodate us.

WHen you go to orer doors and windows and was told by an employee he only has 20 minutes to do your order walks away and then the managere comes over and tells you that he has no one in the store who knows how to place order come back tomorrow

THIS IS THE BEST STORE IN THE CHAIN IN OUR AREA AS IT ALWAYS HAS WHAT YOU NEED AND EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP YOU FIND AN ITEM OR ASSIST YOU IN INFORMING YOU ON HOW TO DO A PROJECT. THIS INFORMATION IS INVALUABLE TO CONTRACTORS AND REGULAR PERSONS DOING A HOME PROJECT FOR THE FIRST TIME. SO GLAD HOME DEPOT IS IN OUR AREA FOR MUCH NEEDED PRODUCTS AND ASSISTANCE WITH FAIR PRICING.

Clean store with respectful employees!

Belligerent employees and poor service. After waiting 3 months for a replacement window order, got a major attitude when I asked for a refund.

The assistant manager Lance Porubski is extremely helpful and considerate. He listens to the customers concerns and needs and goes out of his way to find a solution. He helped us thru an unfortunate situation and went well behind what we ever expected. Thank you a million for Lance.

If I could give negative stars I would. Very rude employees and managers. Mainly In the flooring department. Got a quote to have a floor put in and had random charges on my quote for things that didn’t apply to my home. Home Depot also installs flooring incorrectly. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR HOME.

This store has great associates & product selection!

Busy. There were helpful employees present. Out of stock of 4x4's. Even one employee wearing a mask incorrectly makes an impression.

Called several area Home Depot stores only to find they were out of stock of the items we required. This location had everything in stock, then some. I dealt with Dominique at the Pro Desk and she was phenomenal, very pleasant, patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you need anything from the Pro Desk that you ask for her. She's great!!!!!

The staff is very knowledgeable, and helpful. Everytime I go to this location I have a pleasant experience. The only issue I had is that both saws were inoperable during my visit. The staff helped rectify the situation by helping me cut my plywood sheet. I'm truly grateful to those employees that helped me rip cut the sheet with a handsaw no less. The only thing I ask (even as a former employee of Home Depot in KY), please acquire a circular saw (preferably cordless) to allow the staff to make cuts when the saws are down. Just like lift training a short course on safe operation of the tool shouldn't be hard. I can't stress this enough the employees were a big help.

The store had a good supply of garden plants and had an employee polite and asked if he could help me with two big bags.

This store on S. Glenwood St. in South Allentown is hands-down the best. Lance, Scott, Fred, Brian, Rod and I could go on and on about the employees. You have a gold mine of staff at this store. I have been treated like royalty by these employees time and time again. They all have good hearts and enjoy doing their jobs. It blows my mind sometimes and how helpful they want to be. Every time I see Chris he could be helping someone else and he asked me after saying hey buddy how are you are you gonna need help with something? Seriously? Who does that anymore. I’ll tell you who. Most of your staff at the store. The managers above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied. Just as helpful with the little things too. They’re never too busy to help. This store should be rewarded for their efforts pre-COVID-19 and especially during. As a homeowner, maintenance man for a local school district and Handyman I refuse to shop anywhere else. The cashiers, customer service etc. everything is always top notch and they’re always so eager to help. Not just find what you need but engage in meaningful conversation to help you better understand your project or get the job done. On a professional and personal level. Do you self a favor and commend this Store and let them know how much they are appreciated. By me and I’m sure many others Who get it.

I went for a grill to replace my old 20 plus year old Weber as I was tired of replacing parts, that cost added up. I settled on the 310, however while pulling my grill in box (I like to assemble things myself) the employee Scott M. explained the minor differences in the 310 and 315. Specifically the heat plates being stainless steel, meaning they won’t need to be replaced. I did not tell him about my not wanting to continue replacing old grill parts, he just randomly said that, and it caught my ear. Was he trying to up-sell? probably...is the cost difference nominal? Yes...is there a cost savings over the life of the grill? Ohhhh yeah. Thank you for the great service!!!

The Home Depot rep in the paint department was really great. I felt he went out of his way to get everything that I needed. Like I said in my review I felt like I had a "personl shopper". I think he got a kick out of that comment. I did thank him and appreciated his help.

Tool rental employees are extremely rude

The store did a great job during this difficult time making sure there weren’t too many people in the store yet got everyone in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Associates were very helpful.
