The associate in the paint dept. was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

As I entered the store the greeter welcomed me. Looking around for outdoor light fixtures, I found 2 that I liked but had questions about them. The lighting associate helped me and I decided to purchase the lights, didn't have a cart, was carrying the lights through the store when the greeter appeared with a shopping cart! I saw a ceiling fan I really liked and had some questions. An associate helping another customer motioned for me to give him a moment to finish with his customer, then came over and answered my questions about the fan. I was not able to purchase it that day, but the associate suggested I go on line and shop for the ceiling fans and compare features that way. On the way out, I looked at light bulbs but could not decide which ones I needed for my new outdoor fixtures. An associate appeared and walked me through the different possibilities for light bulbs. I was able to purchase bulbs for my fixtures. The check-out went smoothly and I was on my way home planning my next visit to purchase a ceiling fan and a front door lockset.

An associate in the paint department, Ashley, helped us select the right paint, finish, and color for our painting project. The store was clean, uncluttered, and we had a pleasant shopping experience.

This is a great place, I enjoy shopping at this store. All of the people that work there are great as well.

Quickest return of an item without a receipt that I ever experienced and I'm 71 years old. Love Home Depot due to the helpful associates always readily available, unlike competitors.

The electric department was well marked and we wanted to talk to the associate he was very knowledgeable and helped us make our decision we are building a greenhouse and wanted help picking the right conduit that would bend to the shape he was not in a hurry he stayed right with us and asked if we had glue and other things I will shop here every time I need any building supplies because everyone was so nice and helpful even loading the person was real nice

I went in on a quick errand to pick up two items. It only took me 10 minutes to get in the store, find what I needed and get checked out. Everyone at Home Depot is always so friendly and helpful!

Used to be a Lowe's shopper, no more once stopping in at Home Depot. The staff are friendly and always asking if you need any help with anything. Home Depot is our home improvement store!!!

Pro-desk associate was not helpful and never checked to see if the product they restocked was the right size and item. He just left and never checked to see if I needed any assistance.

Being able to research items online before making a decision is a wonderful resource. When a choice is made, it is easy to order online and pick up my item at the customer service desk without having to search the store for what I need.

I love the LED CREE light bulbs that Home Depot has, I think they are a good bargain for LED light bulbs, there is a display in the store to see how they look lighted up that helps you decide which bulbs to choose.

the 54 inch outdoor chimnea is very well built with easy to understand direactions only needed a 10 milameter wrench and screwdriver to put together took bout an hour

Home Depot ,Altoona has a fine staff that is always available and extremely helpful.

Cindy is the best cashier in the world, and I don't know why they have a minimum requirement for the comment section

Associates are amazing!!! Our Cub Scout Troop built bird houses on this visit and they always make us feel important and are patient with out Den! Heather is always such a joy to work with, the boys really like her and you can tell she enjoys her job.

Visited the store to purchase flooring. Gentleman running the lift were helpful and efficient. We were able to get what we needed in a timely fashion. All the staff was very professional.

We've only had this umbrella for a few days. So far it works without any of the problems I read in other reviews. It was easy to assemble. Solar lights work great.

The store is very pleasantly displayed......Was looking for lighting in the kitchen lots to choose from. Was in the garden area great flowers any kind you would need is there for you. Also looked for flooring will be going back for flooring,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.and the Lawn Tractors...........Cab Cadet.....We need one going back for that also. They have anything you need or want selection is great.

I have shopped at home depot in the past and have always been happy with my purchases. the sales staff has been knowledgeable and willing to assist me. I also appreciate the financing options.

The store is always clean and tidy. This trip to home depot was for entry doors,storm doors,and locking hardware. I cannot remember the guys name in doors that helped us and that ordered our storm doors but he was awesome in every way an associate should be. The only reason we had to order our storm doors was the wife wanted a color that home depot doesn't keep on stock.
