Your plumbing department associate, Walter, is extremely knowledgeable. He is always able to help me when I am unable to understand a certain plumbing problem. Your cashiers are always pleasant and the gentlemen at the contractors desk are always available to help you when necessary.

Rosanne was my cashier yesterday at the lumber checkout. She is a very friendly and nice woman with a great smile. Although we didn't talk about it, it was obvious to me that Rosanne likes working at Home Depot. It always makes me feel better spending my money at a store where the employees are happy.

Every morning I go to the Amherst store just as they are opening. All employees greet me by name and are always available to help me. The cashier at the contractors check out, Mary always makes sure that I have everything I need and that I get in and out of the store as quickly as possible. It is a pleasure shopping at the Amherst Home Depot.

I thought it would be hard to find an A23 12vdc car starter remote battery, but found it on the Home Depot website with ease and was able to check availability with ease. So, I went to the store and found an associate with ease and found the battery with ease, at a low price, and checked myself out in about 5 minutes or less, total, in and out. Great..! Keep it up Home Depot...!

I have visited this location many times. Every time I go in Joel is the most helpful associate. He is one that always helps right up until you walk out the door. He always greets customers friendly. If he is helping me with something and another customer walks up he excuses himself from me to get another associate to help the other customer and then comes back to me. Joel is a great worker and I can tell he does his job very well!\

Remodeled kitchen and purchase all materials at Home Depot. Their associates made what was a difficult process for me a very easy and enjoyable project. Customer service is outstanding!!!

The Home Depot had a better selection of products (I was specifically looking for ladders and window insulation) than Lowes. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly without being over-bearing.

I've tried shopping around at all different stores, lumber yards, home improvement stores, and my go to for anything is Home Depot. I've told many friends to go there, and I actually just call Home Depot... "The Store." Love the Amherst location, and now I love the Niagara Falls Location... The Niagara Falls location has extremely happy workers. I went there for the first time a week ago, and I just couldn't believe how nice the people were there... I actually had to tell them. The Amherst Home Depot has workers that are knowledgeable and helpful as well. And some know my face because I shop there so much.

The man who helped me, DJ, was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me find what I needed in mutiple areas. He made my experience great.

Found everything i wanted easily and quickly. Very clean.

Returned a battery operated LED floodlight I bought on black Friday. The light did not do the job! Returned the light with no problems as I had the receipt. Fast and easy!

Most store associates are well informed about where everything is, and are also knowledgeable to some degree to help the home owner or do it yourself er with their up and coming projects.

the store has easy access to the areas that we needed to get to and see what we needed. we were greeted and directed at the entrance. in general a very nice shopping experience.

availibility of associates and products are second to none .prices are always cheaper than lowes .employees give me there personal opinion on products i really appreciate that. one guy named walter in the plumbing department is the most knowledgable person ive meet in plumbing around. with a great personality
