Big fan of this store. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. They usually have everything you need in this Super Store.

Have been shopping this store since moving from Fountain Valley in 2015. Excellent service and knowledgeable employees. Not only know where products are but walk you to them. Excellent pricing. I never go away unsatisfied. Reflects largely on a good management and training program up and down the line.

If anyone is looking for perfect keys cut, please ask for Regina. She was very friendly and kind , and i would shop at this store again!

My last visit was to return "U" nails that I had bought the previous day. When I got them home, I realized that they were too small for the job that I had intended to use them for. When I returned them they not only immediately transacted my return, but also took the time to show me where I had to go to get larger nails to fill my needs.

Taylor from the paint department has been awesome. Kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Truly a gem. He has made my renovation project become a lot easier with his advisement with all of the products I've needed. I would highly recommend Taylor and this Home Depot t everybody.

DID NOT STOCK WHAT I NEEDED,, I WASTED 45 MINS TRYING TO SPECIAL ORDER SOMETHING WHICH THE ATTENDANT COULD NOT ORDER, I DID IT AT HOME IN 10 MINS,, NO MATCHING BULLNOSE FOR STOCK TILE?? HUH??

Home Depot is clearly striving to become Walmart. Now that they waste their shelf space with toasters, cleansers, blenders, toys candybars and other useless cr*p, they have less room for the lowest quality chinese products to be found anywhere. In the future, I will be spending more time, and money, at Ganahl, Lowes, and OSH as they are not sloughing off contractors' business. I'm sick of having to dodge Christmas trees, stacks of drain cleaner, coathangers,, and hucksters selling me junk I have neither the time or desire to discuss. I have had to get employees help me move displays out of the way to get my cart through. Ok Home Depot, you have made it abundantly clear that you no longer want us contractors sullying your store. I will do my best to get my supplies elsewhere and hopefully, someone will open a chain of supply stores that is conducive to those who build and repair for a living.

I frequently shop at this Home Depot in Anaheim because it's close to my house; however, occasionally I have to go to other Home Depots for items not available at this store. In comparison, I've found that it's a lot easier to find what I look for at the Anaheim Home Depot and employees working here are much more helpful. Last week before Thanksgiving, after getting the items I wanted to buy, I approached a cash register to pay; the cashier was extremely helpful when she encouraged me to apply for a Home Depot credit card and she had to stay with me for over 30 minutes because the computer system at the headquarters was having some problem. As a result, I had to answer the same questions three times before my application was approved. During this experience, she kept apologizing to me and maintained a very pleasant attitude. I saw her name on her badge then, but I forgot it now. All I remember is she was about 45 years old or a little older and if I see her now I will have no problem recognizing her.

The garden employees are particularly helpful. Ask for Perry, he will load heavy items, take them to the check out and then load them in your car.

Great customer service!

I'm always impressed by the experiences I have at our local Home Depot. I'm usually in the store at least once a week (sometimes more, depending on the project I'm working on). This past weekend was no different. I had to visit the store a total of 3 times in a 3 hour period. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. The inventory always seems to be rich. And the prices are well below most other places, including online stores (such as eBay and Amazon). Thank you, Home Depot of Anaheim Hills! You have made me a regular customer.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, there is a lady that always greets the customers and makes them feel like they are part of the Home Depot family, her name is SANDRA. She has outstanding customer service skills and is always willing to assist you.

The store is very neat; employees greet you in the front; they are always eager to find you products that you might be looking for.

The store is neat and organized. The staff is friendly. I especially enjoy the wide variety of of plants in the garden department. The tile and brick selections are also very nice. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot.

Staff asks if they can help even if I am not looking around. They usually accompany me as part of giving directions to show me exactly where things are.

I met this gentleman Rostin from other department who helped purchase a fridge. He was patient, caring and wants to be the best help he can be. He was super helpful in explaining me for my other problems & guiding me to right people in the HD store. Best quality - he was always smiling while helping. Home depot has an asset and his name is Rostin.
