My visit was one of the rare times when everything went just right. The associate in plumbing had worked there 13 year, knew everything, was extremely helpful, and made my task of replacing a water-guzzing home toilet with a new one so much easier than I had anticipated. The store was fully stocked, everything was in its place, the prices were right, and I enjoyed my visit very much.

As always, the store was clean and fully stocked. I was able to find everything I needed to complete my task at hand. The associate was at hand to help me with what I needed, and my check out was quick and easy. Thank you Home Depot for making my job easy for me. Keep up the good work

I waited over 20 minutes to purchase 4 pieces of lumber. Apparently the building materials checkout closes at a certain time so anyone buying large amounts or large pieces of lumber has to navigate the cart through the chaos of people waiting to be checked out. There were two aisles open and about 15 people waiting in line. I will gladly drive 10 minutes further for the Lowes

Visited your store this morning for crabgrass control supplies. I noticed the beautiful trees in lawn care and decided to browse your selection. Toi, your sales associate in lawn and garden was very helpful. Now, I am the proud owner of a lovely Japanese maple tree. :D

I was quickly offered friendly assistance from the sales associate and introduced to the kiosk which made it a lot easier to make my ultimate decision. She gave me helpful instructions on what to expect and what to do upon delivery of my product. I've already received my KitchenAide Architect II dishwater and love it!

Andy the Cashier was very helpful. The lines were backed up and he was calming down the impatient customers. He was very quick and shortened the line. He was friendly and he bagged all my items nicely.

The store associates were all great. We bought a lawn mower and they were all very helpful and we received a military discount on it.

i have been visiting this store in Ananndale frequently since we bought a house. The store is bright and well organized. The store associates and cashiers are willing to help all the time. Yesterday the store run out of the electric bush trimmer that i like, the cashier Nicolle searched the stock but couldn't find there. She offered me another one and matched the price. I really enjoyed their services.

I was wandering lost in the plumbing parts aisle, and Rasaan asked is he could assist me. I described the part I wanted, he found it, and knew exactly what I wanted. Sometimes, as a woman, i am lost looking for a part I can only describe, and know the function of, but not the official name. It is wonderful to have help that is nice enough to wait patiently while you do a convoluted description of your need. This is one of my favorite Home Depot locations.

Computerized paint matching was fast! And Correct!!

This used to be my go-to place for hardware and supplies. In the last few years, there's been a decline in assistance and in the knowledge of the associates. Either the store is significantly understaffed or the associates are slacking off. Today, i waited for 10 minutes after having an associate paged to electrical. No one ever came. I left without the items that I needed. There's a Lowe's about a half hour away. That will be my destination from now on

Stopped in for some lumber and casing, the lumber price was missing from shelf, but the cashier was available and priced it quickly. Another associate directed me to the casing, which was plentiful. checkout was quick. Only the parking keeps it from a five star!

Was looking for replacement cushions for our outdoor patio set. Associate was very helpful!

I highly recommend Home Depot!! I have never been disappointed in this store. Every visit was unique and special. The stuff are amazingly amazing !! Very convenient and affordable rental pick ups and trucks!! This store is my favorite!!love it

As usual with Home Depot, aisles are blocked with merchandise, merchandise is poorly organized on the shelves, and the store never looks clean. At least this time there was no line to check out and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant

Items in certain areas, i.e. plumbing, electrical, have different items in the same bins. For example, a particular bin for ball valves will have 1/2 inch compression and sweat connections mixed. Same situation with some of the electrical accessories. In general, trying to determine the CFM ratings for compressors is difficult to locate on air compressors.

I had a diffcult time locating a storage bin that would fit all of my gardening tools. An associate named Mr. Peters took the time to provide me with measurements of my tools and he suggested the size that I should purchase. What really impressed me was the fact that he stopped stocking his section to assist me to the degree that he did. Home Depot should be proud of Mr. Peters!

The store is well organized and the products were easy to find and at good prices.

i go to the annandale home depot because the associates in the store have always been helpful ensuring i go homewith what i need. the prices are low, and the stock is abundant.

Anthony of the Pro Desk did a fantastic job helping me put together a complicated order for my fence. He called several times to clarify issues and ask questions in order to ensure that I received what I wanted and what was needed. I greatly appreciate his personal attention.
