I shop frequently at The Home Depot on Defense Highway in Annapolis, Md. 21401. It is always a pleasant and satisfying experience because of the convenient location, knowledgeable and friendly employees, inventory and prices. It has been my go-to store for many years.

This is our preferred Home Depot store. We pass 2 others, closer to our home to go to this store. Always well stocked and easy to find what you need. Today, (I think her name was) Gail, in the Appliance Dept. was a great help. She was fun & patient. She helped us through the process of comparing and selecting a washer/dryer combo. She pulled up many, many different style numbers for us to compare on her computer.

Just like any other home supplies store, but was impressed by the helpful and considerate staff. Found what I needed, and found staff to help me in each department. The friendliness of the check out staff made my day!

Shopping for some odds and ends at the Home Depot 05-04-19 on Defense Highway in Annapolis, MD. A relatively uneventful experience. The store was not very busy but no associates greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance while I was shopping. The store was clean, well lit, well stocked and eventually I found the items I needed. The highlight of this day was when I went to the register to pay for my items. Rebecca made up for the courtesy and assistance that was missing as I walked through the store shopping. Rebecca was polite, cheerful professional and very efficient. She asked if I found everything I was looking for. I appreciated her demeanor and efficiency at the cash register. Rebecca should be commended for her stellar customer service.

The store look very clean and the service was nice and fast thanks and keep up the good job.

Generally kept in order as per the row descriptions and good smiling helping service at payment counter

Needed some replacement garden hose parts due leaks. Headed to the garden department. Easily found a great assortment of parts, exactly what I was looking for. Garden shop well staffed with cashiers. This is my favorite Home Depot, fast, friendly, and efficient.

On Saturday 03/16/2019 was meeting friends in Annapolis for breakfast. I had made a list of items to prepare for Spring. After breakfast stopped at the H-Depot on Defense Highway #2557, headed for the garden area and quickly found the items on my list plus a few additional items. I guided my cart to a checkout in the store, (the garden area was very windy and quite cold), my cashier Bernice was standing to the front of the register/scanner. She guided my basket, started scanning, bagged the smaller items, had a pleasant conversation, and I was done. Another wonderful experience, fast and friendly. Thank You!

Home Depot – Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD. 01-19-19 9:05PM I entered the Home Depot a little before 9pm Saturday, January 19, 2019. I got a shopping cart at the entrance. I went to the plumbing section and put two pre-cut pieces of PVC pipe in my cart. I went to the paint section and put a can of spray paint in my cart. I went to the tool section, but I left my cart at the top of the aisle. It would be easier for me to browse the merchandise without having to push my cart. I found the mallet section and selected the mallet that I needed. I went back to where I had left my cart and it was no where to be found. An unidentified associate took my cart and I suppose restocked the items I was about to purchase. Consequently, I had to go back and reselect the items that were in my cart and carry them by hand to the cashier for check-out. I believe this occurred because an associate wanted to get off duty and did not want to wait until the last minute to police the store. Well, the store was not scheduled to close until 10:00pm. The check-out time on my receipt is 9:05pm. I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction with the cashier. I know it was not his fault, but he was the only one immediately available for me to vent. He (Christopher) was polite, professional and apologetic. I usually have no problems when I shop at this Home Depot. It should be noted I was going to purchase a couple of additional items but when my cart was taken from me, I was done shopping.

This is usually my store of choice 95% of the time. It is always clean and well stocked. Bernice has checked us out in the past and she is always very pleasant.

I'm always pleased with the store in Annapolis on Rt. 450. It is well stocked, clean and the staff are always helpful.

People were very helpful and were knowledgeable about each need that we had.

A sales associate told me a cordless drill charger, I was contemplating purchasing, would work in any drill. It does not!! I had to return the charger; feel embarrassed that my gift was wrong. Please train your associates not to tell customers information that they are not certain, is correct. Next time, I'll get the name of the associate, so I'll know who to complain about!! But this time, I was so annoyed, if I had had the time, I would have come back to the store to find this young man!! This was the worst problem I've ever experienced here.

I have been using this store for many many years (since it opened) and have always had excellent experiences in finding the products i need or ordering them in. This is "My Home Depot"!

Please decide whether your store extends the US Veteran's discount on in-store-in-stock items or not. Some of your politically left leaning cashiers refuse to honor the advertised policy.

I shop here just about everyday, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. This is just about the best Home Depot in the entire area.
