The associate in Hardware was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the correct parts. There was a huge selection of parts and the associate took his time to pick out the best parts to complete my project!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient with me looking at the various models. At no time did he seem disinterested in helping me. A great Home Depot employee.

Was very happy with in store staff but installation crew was big fat FAILURE!!!!! Consultant in the flooring department was great. It makes it really difficult for the people dealing with customers when people behind the scene drop the ball.

Looking for over the range microwave. Tim helped me in appliances and got what I wanted ordered to my house. I think I was in and out in five minutes. He knew his stuff and was easy to deal with.

A very large THANK YOU to Carl and Assistant Store Manager Cory! The guest experience I received on Saturday night was like nothing I have experienced at your store before and I am there A LOT! The depth of product knowledge combined with friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile was noticed! Many companies do not focus on customer experience anymore and if the company does desire to have great customer experience, they are only as good as the employees who are out there giving it. I am willing to pay more money to feel good about where I shop and what I buy. Because of these two and my personal experience, you can bet I will not only be back to shop at the Home Depot, but it will be at this particular store!

A few months ago while installing our sink we came in to purchase a faucet to match. We found a faucet that we loved at a competitor but went to see if there was anything else we liked at Home Depot. We found the same one we liked but not anything new, however it was at a higher price. Seth was able to discount the price to match which made us very happy. So when our stove went out, one burner at time, the first place we visited was Home Depot. We found a stove that fit our budget and had it held until we could come pick it up. Tonight when we came in, Seth ended up being the one to help us load it up and secured. Looks like we'll keep seeing him as we remodel the kitchen one appliance at a time.

this store was neat and tidy. was able to find the things i needed with ease.once located a associate was there to help with questions and load the products. cashier very friendly and had someone help load into my truck. very good experience again.

Always smell so nice in the store. Found they have a variety of plants I never noticed before. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Isles are open and free of clutter and debris.

The inside of the facility was very clean, the associates were very helpful and available most of the the time. I believe it is a great place to shop, I truly believe that if the prices were slightly lower even thought the products are quality products customers would appreciate it.

I was greeted immediately in the lumber area, asked if i needed help. The product was not available in the length i required and was hard to handle so long, the associate cut it for me. Checking out was quick, the associate offered help in loading, just very helpful employees.

Went in to buy tools and materials for a deck and gutters. It was my seventh time there this week (four day work week). Everyone notices says your back, hows it good - just happy. all associates want to help and have pretty good knowledge about tools, materials needed, and how to DIY. Remodeled my kitchen and bath with this store, and now working on exterior. I'll keep coming back. Thanks!

Apple Valley is my favorite location! I received great help from Sandor in the garden department. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Wanted to replace the vanes on my vertical blinds instead of purchasing all new the associate was very helpful and found the ones I wanted and had them shipped to home. I also needed carpet a few months ago and that same salesperson helped me get it installed fast .

During the zoo this Memorial weekend Emily the Assistance Counter specialist was the one that we could count on to get us everything we needed. Emily's command and knowledge of the store got us what we were looking for, via knowing who to call to get information on a product and then logistics of moving the product. Her patience and professionalism sets her apart from the normal that one encounters at big box stores. Thank Her and Thank You!
