OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER RELATIONS

They are both amazing every time I go into the store. They go above and beyond, the store is lucky to have them.

I had some issues with a tool I bought 4 years ago. They went above and beyond anything necessary to help me get a solution. TJ the manager helped me quickly and I left with a new sander while my old sander was being fixed.

3 employees were no help... did not know what I asked to find... they just said, I dunno ....

I was thinking about a similar retailer that went out of business years ago and some possible reasons why. Home Depot Arrowhead exhibits NONE of those traits. From inventory, to value, location, store layout, staff hospitality, and even customers' friendly interacting with one another, Home Depot facilitates an inviting hunting/shopping experience. Ron (gardening) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The cashier (I did not get her name) was comfortable, kind, and unashamed about employing "faith language"; whether or not one is a person of faith, this land of the free should not make people of faith feel uncomfortable about living-out their First Amendment right. Bravo, Home Depot!

I have been shopping at the Arrowhead Ranch store for over 8 years. The store and it's staff are always professional, friendly and ensure their store is always clean and stocked. I will travel out of my way to visit this store over others. KUDOS to Terri K. she assisted my fiancé and I while shopping for a front loader washer and her customer service was BAR NONE. Thank you Terri and Home Depot.

I have been going to this store since Grand Opening Day. So I have seen it go through it's changes over the years. I will say that currently this has been the best it has ever been in regards to employee knowledge and friendliness.

I have never had a bad experience at Home Depot. Employees are friendly and helpful .

This Home depot is the most friendly and fast of all the Home depots in the area. We don't mind drive extra to shop at here because everyone treat us super friendly

Store InStocks are horrible. Why offer the option to purchase online and pick up at store if the store has such terrible inventory record.

Great store, I was greeted and directed to the location of an item I needed. then, in that department, the employee picked out just what I needed! I also picked up an online order, the service person there was great.

Isles are clogged with displays so it's very difficult to get around the store. With a cart, nearly impossible. When you get to an area like appliances where you need to speak with someone, there's no one available.

Seems to be better stocked than some other Home Depots. My go to store.

I went to Home Depot to look at appliances. I was greeted by a woman by the name Kathy. Her knowledge and commitment to the customer was incredible. It's very hard to find someone who is willing to go the extra mile for their customer these days.

Store management was very friendly and quick to help me find our products. They even suggested we could go look on the online catalog to get specific items not in the store. The cashier at check out was quick and very personable. I will definitely be back!

Very helpful & friendly associates, especially Dan in Electric! Lois at checkout was very nice as well! Store was clean and items were in stock.

I have visited this store many times over the past month and every time the service is better.

The Arrowhead store caters to Pro's instead of the home owner. Their customer service has gotten really bad in the last couple of years. Associates will walk by and ignore customers who don't look like Pro's. I needed help in lumber, 3 associates walked by on their cell phones, I had to walk to the front of the store to ask a cashier to get me help, 10 minutes later one showed up. Then, I needed help loading lumber onto my trailer, but the loading lanes were full of parked trucks (Pro's shopping). Don't go there if you will need assistance.

I was helped as soon as I came to the counter to pick up my online order and they loaded it into my car.

I frequent this store nearly weekly, and I'm ALWAYS greeted upon entering, with an offer of assistance. The story is always clean and neat, and well stocked. Finding help is never a problem, and virtually all the attendants say hi, or ask if I need assistance as I'm walking an aisle. Checking out is never an issue, if a line is developing, someone from customer service or the "pro" material section offers to check you out. Great store, great personnel! Glad to call it "My Store"

Vic in Millworks is very knowledgeable on his wood and helped me pick the correct wood for the project that I was building and help me cut every piece to my measurements so all I had to do was bring it home and put it together.

I shop here often and have always found what I needed or had help from workers, they are pleasant and will walk out of their way to show me where something is.Ralph

I have been a long time customer of Home Depot and have received the benefit of the veteran appreciation discount which helps me to provide Adirondack chairs for the SW Kid's Cancer Foundation at no cost to them. Home Depot's lumber quality is going downhill which means I have to spend more time selecting the lumber required plus I have to purchase half again as much lumber to make one chair due to that worsening quality. The restrictive policy discount hurts me personally because I donate the cost of the lumber and hardware as well as the labor to benefit the camp.

Tim in Plumbing helped me get everything I needed for an outdoor hose bib and pic pipe repair/replacement. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. Store is clean and organized. I will definitely use this store for future DIY projects.

Love this store. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I own a home and always need someones help and they are always there to help me.

Everyone is so friendly, from the moment I entered the store, there was someone there to greet me and say good morning "how can I help you?" The associates in the Lumber area went over and above to help me get ALL the items needed to complete my project. It may seem like a small thing, but because of my experience with Eric the store manager, I will shop ONLY at Home Depot for all my home improvement/project needs!
