Clean store good lighting easy to find nice employees

Megan is a valuable asset to this store. During my recent visit, she assisted a new cashier in getting me special financing on my purchase. She was highly efficient and accurate during the process. This is not my only experience with her. Whenever I've had occasion to obtain her assistance over the past two years on anything, she has been outstanding in her knowledge and level of customer care. As a local small business employer, I value this level of excellence in an employee and I hope Home Depot does too. She deserves the very best from Home Depot, and it is my sincere hope that you will do something to promote and retain such a high-quality employee!

Associates were very helpful, store was clean and neat

Friendly employees with good product knowledge made this shopping experience a pleasure. We were ignored by texting employees at the local competitor. This was a major appliance purchase and I would definitely choose Home Depot over the competitor. Hands down this store beat out with friendliness, helpfulness, product knowledge and an over all enjoyable shopping experience.

We had a lot of help and everyone seemed cheerful and knowledgeable. We got everything we needed and it didn't take that long.

Left Lowe's because there was no one to help us! We then went to Home Depot and had four associates help us as soon as we walked through the door! Awesome customer service and I'll never go to Lowe's again! Home Depot is now the store that I'll be dealing with from now on!

We were able to find what we needed and it was on sale.

Supply and price are pretty good for what I need or am willing to pay in comparison to Lowes. Wish list? ... that they also offered an onsite refreshment area with coffee, soft drinks, and snacks for kids!

Greeted as I stepped up to customer service. Item ready for pick up easily located and staff notified I needed assistance loading it in my car. I was also in need of paint samples so they delayed my assistant to allow me the time I needed in the paint dept. Great customer service in that department too.

There were many choices to chose from for flee bombs and the lady helped me find the area of thse store.

associate used the store phone to find part prices for us (our cell didn't work in the store) she also printed out the manual for us on a clearance item, was very patient & professional

Sales associate readily available and helpful. Cashier Sarah was very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Sarah seemed genuinely happy to be working! I enjoyed my interaction with her.

I bought a house last year as a single woman after years of having a husband to do all house repairs. I couldn't have done half the projects myself without all the help from many staff members over the last year. Just buying the products isn't enough. I felt like they all sincerely wanted to help and enjoyed their job in helping me. This has made Home Depo my go-to place for all of my home repair needs. Thank you to all the many people who've helped me this year. Especially Darlene in the paint department and Wendy in customer service!!

This is the cleanest Home Depot that I have been in. The people here are very friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop at this store even though it is a little farther to travel. This store is very well kept and very well run . The people are very helpful and not hard to find. LOVE THIS STORE !!!!!! THANK YOU

Very helpful, they know what they are talking about at this store. Mill work checked the trim for quality and matched it to what was needed. Check out was quick and accurate.

This store was very clean and every time I go in the sales associates are always willing to help.

They carry a good selection of paint and we found what we came for very unlike the other place they actually stocked a 1" coupling that I had been trying to get at that other place for 6 months . Thank so much I think that ow's has poor management

I needed help finding safety glasses. I was looking in the tool area when an associate came by that area to see if anyone needed help. There was already an associate in that area but he was busy helping another customer. I indicated that I needed help and was quickly directed to the area where safety equipment was displayed. The associate even asked if I would like assistance in finding what I needed. When I declined, he asked the person near me if he needed help. What a nice change from the associates who tend to ignore you. The cashier was just as friendly. I needed help with the unused portion of a gift card. The cashier helped out with that after scanning all of my items. Again, she could have ignored me. I have had associates who I assumed were cashiers who would ignore me while I was the only person in the check out area! Hopefully these 2 associates will be an example that other Home Depot associates will follow.
