The store was clean and items were on the shelves where they said on the website. I checked there to see if the items were in stock and if they had enough. Good experience and friendly and helpful associates, especially the cashier Valerie who helped me.

Ashtabula Home Depot was clean, well staffed and very friendly, smiling workers. Today's visit was excellent and I left smiling and happy that I easily found everything on my list and left with enough change for my lunch.

I use this store all the time. They are very helpful in finding what I need or solving the problem I am having.

You go somewhere else to try to save or it's more convenient but you always end up at Home Depot to get the things the others don't have.

it is always a pleasure to shop at home depot in Ashtabula oh ….people there are polite ands courteous and very helpful when I cant find what im looking for..

The store had a nice selection of lawn mowers to pick from. Michael H. from the garden department answered my questions and help me load the box onto a cart, take to cashier and load into my vehicle.

The employees are always quick to help. We did a project loan and spent every day in the store either buying or returning items. The staff alway went out of the way to make us feel appreciated. I drive 45 min to get to this store and feel it’s worth the drive...

I love this store, they always have what I need at a good price, the store is clean and clutter free and there is plenty of smiling ready to help staff on the floor. And another thing I like personally is that they give Veterans discounts with a smile.

I live nearby and frequent this store often. I am retired and live alone and maintain my own home and yard so I always have some sort of repair project going on. The people there are friendly and always willing to help. They recommend solutions and products. and offer suggestions that might make the job easier.. Its the first place I go for when I need something for my home or yard.
