I use the contractors check out 2 to 4 times a week buying supply's for work. Ami is an asset to the company, she makes everyone welcome, makes them all smile, cares and is willing to help with anything. I will say all the people that work at the contractors check out are great. makes it a happy experience when you come in. more like running in to friends then a stagnate cold store. they always take care of everyone.

We have purchased a few different types of flooring from this store and have had no issues finding what we needed. We have also purchased fans, lawn and gardening materials and general household care/maintenance products. When we need supplies for the house, this is where we go.

I worked with Kollin in electrical and Ami at the register - the best experience I've had at a store in a very long time! Such wonderful people! They were nice, honest and approachable. Kollin genuinely cared about my project and helped me make decisions on what I needed and what would be best. Ami was super sweet and chatted with me as she scanned and bagged all of my items in the self-checkout area! What a great group of people this store has!! :D

I bought a Kohler Mistos faucet 3 years ago and it leaked. I hired a plumber to correct the problem and he determined that it was a defective product. It ruined my marble countertop, so I was not very happy. With receipt and faucet in hand I explained the situation to Jen, the associate at the return desk, and she was quick to offer me store credit for a replacement faucet. People knock big box stores all the time, but one of the main reasons I shop at Home Depot is the ease in which you can return unused or damaged items. Speciality supply stores and high end distributors can't touch the level of service that Home Depot provides!

Michael at the service pro desk immediately acknowledged us and led us directly to the proper area.

The store was well stocked, well lite, clean and had a huge selection of items.

I was using the self-scan checkout, and couldn't find the bar code on an item. One of the sales associates quickly approached, and showed me where it was. Employees are always helpful and friendly on every visit.

The associate who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were just purchasing LED light bulbs and he went out of his way to help us find what we needed. We usually shop at a different Home Depot but stopped at this store out of convenience. We were able to find what we were looking for very easily and getting help when we needed it was a breeze!

Sales associates in the paint department were very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions and get me setup with the right products and the proper items to complete my project.

I am a builder and Home depot takes care of almost all of my building needs.I am there just about every day.

Buying new appliances can be stressful. Sales Associate Howard Bodeker, made this experience simple and stress free. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel like I was buying the product from a small family owned business. The washer and dryer that I purchased were comparably priced at Best Buy (in fact slightly cheaper). Howard worked with the store manager and beat thw Best Buy price by $10. I have to say, Howard Bodeker is the reason that I bought these appliances from the Auburn Hills Home Depot.

Melissa and the store Manager went out of their way to assist me in my attempt to return cushion covers that I had ordered at HomeDepot.com. The description online stated the cushion covers were 4" thick and when I received them the actual width was only 2.5". Of course I couldn't use these covers on my cushions. I called HomeDepot.com and they attempted to find replacements that were actually 4" thick and they couldn't. They advised me to return the cushions at any Home Depot. I always shop at the Auburn Hills store so I returned the cushions there. Much to my surprise and to that of Melissa, the cashier, the store could not accept these cushion covers as they were "non-returnable". Long story short, HomeDepot.com refused to accept the cushion covers and refund my money even though their product description did not match what was sent to me. The cashier, Melissa, and her Manager thought differently and wanted to make it right for me. They offered to take the cushion covers back in store and refund me with store credit rather than return my money. Since we are renovating our home I was happy to take the store credit. I was just happy that someone still cares about customer service, especially when the problem with the item was inaccurate measurements posted on HomeDepot.com. Thank you to Melissa and her manager for going above and beyond.

I was very pleased with the outstanding assistance while visiting the garden and bath sections of the store. I can not say enough about the wonderful folks who work at this store. They are always helpful and pleasant. Very knowledgable. Out where tho vs can be found which I particularly like as the store is large. Saves Lot of steps. Very grateful. Being an dee person I cannot say thank you enough for hiring great people to assist me Thank you so much

The store was easy to access and any help needed, it was easy to find someone to help me.

I appreciated the associate who took the time (during a real rush hour) to point out the "2 for $10" deal on hanging flower baskets, which were located in a different area and which I had overlooked! What a deal and how nice of her!

i guess i wrote the review on the wrong page we had good help we had two guys to go out there to help us uload the truck we rented to bring the lawn tractor home they follower us home to uload the truck we had know one to help and being senior citizen we waited until they punch out names were Brian and Jim i hope we got it right we were so grateful and thankful.they were so nice.
