Love this location...stocking Milwaukee Packout boxes and Milwaukee apparel is a huge bonus. I make just as many trips to the Auburn store as I do the HD 1 mile up the road from my home. Great staff and inventory also.

I have been going to your stores for a very long time. When I lived in New Port Beach, Ca.. Was sad when I moved to Indiana and no stores. It did take long and you were here in Indiana. Love the store and great ideas. Have a great day. Please keep all of our service men and women in your prayers.

The staff here are very attentive to your needs, and the range and quality of products offered is extremely good

Pat at the paint desk was a big help and picking my deck color and stain. Also talked to the bear rap Derek who was very helpful. The store always seems to be willing to help me in my project

I like this store

I visited the Auburn store looking for items for a small plumbing project that I was completing. I was helped immediately by Dennis who was very knowledgeable about the location of the items in the plumbing area and helped me engineer a solution that will work perfectly for me.

Allie, at the Pro Desk changed a bad delivery experience at a different store into a good one. She gave me her full attention, made sure the items I ordered were in stock, set up a store transfer for one that was not, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery was a little unusual and it went off without a hitch. Good job Home Depot, Allie and Daryl (the delivery driver).

The Store was well stocked and items were in labeled locations which made it easy to locate my needs. Very clean Store, and all the workers were friendly and helpful and treated me with respect. Thanks Auburn Home Depot and Associates.

When have meetings EVERYONE goes NO ONE on floor to help customers and cashiers at self check out very rude.

Great to have Home Depot in Auburn. Our neighbors work there and do a great job.

Only had one problem and thats when i was having sheets of plywood cut. The man cut them so fast and hard that it burn up the saw and rip the boards crappy and blamed it on the saw blades. Instead of slowing down and letting the saw cut he forced leaving the boards rip poorly.

Very good store

the store was easy to find and associates were eager to help and they always care about people

The auburn location is very clean, employees are super friendly and aisles are labeled well. We shop there weekly if not more. Rarely do we leave without the item we are looking for.

Employees dont seem to know much about store and where products are located. Too many empty pdqs on floor not enough employees. Employees are more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. No freaking cashiers, if I wanted to run a register and check myself out I would get a job to do that.

I am in the Auburn store as much as any contractor and the best part is the controlled friendliness and competency of the employees. I don't need another adult holding my hand and walking me to the product that I am looking for that visit. They give you the aisle and range of shelf. AWESOME. The place is spotless.

The Auburn store is cleaner and has a better supply of products on a daily basis.

Horrible evening customer service

If you go to this store, make sure your product has a UPC code on it. I was told I had to walk all the way to back corner of store to find the product I wanted with a UPC. Rep couldn't be bothered to use radio or ask for help to find code.

This is an awesome store. We got great help finding a hard to find tool and the associates stopped what they were doing to ask if we needed anything, in fact we even had some great laughs with one of them. This store has everything one could ever need or want.
