The peole at contractors we more helpful than anywhere ive shopped lately. They gave me good advice on a choice for my project and st me up with the Pro gram. I'll go there first now to get it done,

There is always someone at the entrance to greet customers. The store is neat and clean. The customer service is great, I always enjoy shopping at this location.

This store is absolutely fantastic. They always have plenty of employees to assist me. Each individual gives personalized service with a smile and genuinely cares about your needs. They even walk me to each item I need with a smile.I don't shop anywhere else. Thank you Home Depot.

The store itself was clean and the shelves are usually stocked with what your looking for. However, I have found that there are 3 employees who actually know where things are and understand what your talking about. On the other hand the majority of the employees don't have a clue. After explaining in great detail and showing them a picture from their website they still don't know. I usually find what im looking for by myself. And when you tell them that you did and show it to them...they sometimes get a little attitude. Unless you get lucky enough to run into the 3 employees that actually have knowledge. This is probably due to the high turn over rate they have. All in all...if you know exactly what you need...then your safe.

Every time I visit this Home Depot there are enough friendly employees willing to help. I always choose this store over the local Lowe's because of this. Keep up the good work!

Store is very open and easily accessible to find items. All associates either know about the products or know another associate that can answer your questions.

We can in to the store to buy a ten foot section of 1" galvanized pipe and have it cut and threaded. After a small problem with not finding and associate and have an associate with having problem due to minimal experience threading pipe, Alex came in and did just what we asked. Alex recognized me from earlier in the month with I needed help with another project involving LED flood light bulbs. Alex was more than a help with the LED bulbs even calling his father who is an electrician to get as much information as he could to help me chose which bulbs to buy from the home depot. Alex let me know he works both plumbing and lighting. This trip to the home depot Alex was able to cut the pipe to me requested length and thread the pipe to fit the couplings we also bought just like I was hoping. Alex also let us know that he normally working in the afternoon or evening and that we could come back and see him if we had any questions or problems with the project. I do not live in the Opelika area but was working on a project at my mother in laws house. In Opelika the home depot and lowe's are across the street from each other and on this project had the very same prices on most of the items I bought. But with Alex's help I will be shopping as home depot while I am in Opelika and when I am back home. Alex is a part time employee but I believe, if you had more employees like Alex home depot would put lowe's out of business very quickly.

I have been Shopping here for past 5 years and have had exceptional customer service from different staff members. I have got 3 major installations (Hardwood Floors, Counter tops and HVAC system) and am very much satisfied with the experience each time.
