Employees were very helpful

Had a shelving project that I needed advice on with regards to lumber and best wood to use. Received excellent advise from lumber area. They cut my wood to my specifications. Although not a contractor, the gentleman from the contractor's desk helped me find selections of wood and assisted in loading my cart. The cashier was friendly and asked me to comet back soon.

I would like to personally thank The Home Depot for their generosity. Our church recently held a Fall Festival and The Home Depot donated items for our silent auction. Thank you for your support of the Opelika/Auburn community!!!

Sooooo much better than shopping at Lowes!

I am getting to where I like this homedepot more and the main reason is some of the employees. I would like for them to have better sales but I guess they are doing as good as they can.

I shop a lot at this store. They have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about anything I asked. The emloyees have always been friendly, and I have never been to this Home Depot when someone didn't greet me or ask if I needed assistance.

Awesome people, love going to the store everyone is very helpful. Will be going again for all my needs on my new home.

This store is horrible. It got one star because none is not an option. I ordered items online to pick up in store and the order number was not in the system. The employee who went to get the items came back 20 minutes later saying he couldn't find then and stood there and looked at me. I asked for the manager and called the customer service hotline, where I was told the hotline closed in 15 minutes and I needed to make it quick because she wanted to help. The manager finally came and I told her my order was not in the system and according to the employee not in the store and that there were dogs in the store that were not identified as service animals in spite of no pets allowed sign on the front of the store. She looked at me and said "I don't understand what you are saying." When she finally understood what my I meant by stating my online order is not here and no one seems to know where it is, she looked in the system and told me. It's not here because it shows in stock, but we don't have it and don't sell it anymore, someone should have called you, but they didn't. She then asked did I want her to do something about it, after I said refund me my money because the service I got on this entire experience was horrible, she told me she was sorry I had a bad experience.

I've always experienced friendly, courteous, knowledgeable employees at the Auburn/Opelika Home Depot. The store is well organized, has a great diversity of products, and employees can answer my questions about products or where to find items in the store.

All the staff are very friendly and very pleasant to shop.

I was working on a closet shelving project and went to the area. I found Christine Hill who responded to my questions, offered suggestions and cut shelving to my specifications. She was very helpful. Upon checking out the cashier was very friendly and offered additional recommendations. As I walked through the store employees offered assistance. Very pleasant visit to this particular store.

I used to be a "Lowe's Junkie" but in recent months this Home Depot outshines Lowe's in the friendliness of the staff, smiling greets, and focused attention - always having someone ask if they can help me locate something. I also love the ability to use the self checkout - it is always open, as opposed to the "other" store. Now HD is my preferred choice.

Associates were readily available and helped me get a patio table that was on a shelf that I could not reach and loaded it to my cart. The cashier was extremely helpful even though I was using self check-out.
