I have been going to this store ever since it opened up. I must say that the one thing that there is plenty of inside this store is customer service. In a normal trip I would say at least 3 employees will check to see that I am locating everything that I need. I even get help at the self check out. Nice work everyone!!

The store was clean, very bright, well organized and the staff very friendly.

Cashier is always friendly . This store deffinaltly needs to have more help in lumber to help customers load. Cashier called several times for load help. No one responded at all ! I have bum arm and had to struggle to load. Next time I will return merchandise..Not first time this has happened to me

Lumber department very organized, sizes labeled & priced clearly in view. Made finding multiple sizes of lumber very easy. Great experience

The first employee greeted me with a cart, the second immediately asked if I needed help and the person in the paint department was amazing in knowledge and being helpful and patient. We live exactly half way between this Home Depot and another one. I like both but Auburn is the best.

I appreciate our Auburn Home Depot Associates. They are always so friendly, eager to assist and if they don't know the answer, they seek it out. Their customer service training must be well done, because it is across the board with all their employees. Thanks Auburn Home Depot you have been my friend for many a home or church projects.

It was so nice to get information on the phone , we did try to phone Menards for the same information but could get no one to answer. So you got our business.

I had a special order of paint that unfortunately didn't make the weekly truck. These kinds of issues occur at any and every store in the country, no matter if its home depot or any other retail store. However the level of service that I received from the paint department at the Auburn store was nothing like most stores. They were very apologetic and helpful in getting the order in and making sure I was agreeable in how they were handling the issue. Wonderful Staff...I'll be back to the Auburn IN. store!!! Great small town courtesy!!!!

The Home Depot in Auburn is wonderful! During Memorial Day weekend the store served free hot dogs, chips and water. I am glad this store is in our community. They are good to their employees and show their appreciation by providing them with food on special occasions, awards for working hard, etc. They always have items I need for home and outdoor projects and at great prices comparable to Walmart but with much better quality. The store manager is very knowledgeable of where items are located and what items are needed for home projects. He also remembers names of customers who are part of the local community. He is hard working, friendly, and his associates are eager to help. When going to the garden center there is always someone available to help you load your vehicle. I love this store!

I have always loved this store...and have always had the help I needed to find the items I'm looking for...the people some to be more like family...and recognize you when you return...this I love!

The store had to many ladders and carts blocking the merchandise, this was throughout the store. Associates are available and helpful.

This store is always so helpful. Their associates are always available to help and willing to help. I go to this Home Depot many times in a month and I am always greeted nicely. The store keeps the shelves stocked with the items I need. Great store!

Had a very large paint order at the Auburn, IN store today and Pat in the paint department was extremely polite, friendly, and professional in mixing the paint. It took almost 2 hours due to the number of differnt paints this large job required. It's so refreshing to work with people who smile as they do a great job, even when they are busy. Thank you!

Very friendly store Associates! Three different associates greeted me today while in the store. Everyone is always very helpful.

The sales associate I had was a great help! I even bought a different refrigerator than I intended to with her suggestion. She was nice and friendly I did not have to even ask for help she came to me as soon as I got there. Sometimes I have been there and when I had to wait so long for help I leave.Not the case this time. Thanks so much Lisa!

I like the store. It is well organized, clean, and staffed with friendly, helpful people. I had several employees approach me asking if I was finding everything alright. (I was). It is located not too far from my house, and has a lot of things that I need from time to time.

Associates very helpful. All material readily available.

Anytime we go there for projects around the house, it doesn't matter which day of the week or who helps us, we always go home knowledgeable about the project and items bought.

By far the best store in the Home Depot network of stores. Associates readily available and qualified to provide assistance. You won't find more kind associates in the network of Home Depot stores. NEVER an issue shopping at this particular store.

We have purchased many items from this Home Depot store and have found both the products and the staff are great. Items purchased have been from decking to blinds, gardening, kids play sets and flooring. My husband tells and much more. Always great staff and good products.
