This Home Depot consistently has the friendliest associates, who always ask if I need any help finding anything.

Whenever I walk in the store I am greeted with a smile and " Good day, can I help you find something"? I find the people in their departments are very knowledgeable of their products they are working with, which makes it very helpful for me. Thank you, for a single woman trying to do home repairs, you make the job easier for me.

I am elderly and burdened with arthritis. I asked the gentleman at the desk upon walking in for some help and got it right away! I was not only amazed at the courtesy I received but, the product I had been looking for elsewhere was right there.

The staff was extremely helpful explaining how the equipment worked, the warranty and the extended protection plan.

While in the store using the Home Depot app to find a product, it wasn't where the app said it was. We asked an employee if they had it , if so where might it be, and she gave us exact directions to the other end of the store where it was. The store was clean, as always, and the ladies room is beautiful and clean as well.

STORE IS ALWAYS WELL STOCKED AND FRIENDLY BUT PLANT DEPT. WAS DISAPPOINTING AS PLANTS WERE LOOKING NOT CARED FOR DRY AND MANY BLOWN OVER BY THE WIND AS THEY WERE ALSO DRY

I purchased items online and picked them up 4 days later. Everything that I had purchased was waiting for me when I arrived.

Yesterday, I went to the Auburn store looking for a jumbo granite block that I was going to buy in a larger quantity that Lowe's only had one of. No staff on floor only the cashier in lawn and garden. I asked to please page me some help. I waited and no one came, then sought out someone who needed to be somewhere so she paged someone else. The man came and was short tempered and not friendly. I asked some questions about the granite and he answered one then changed his answer the second time I asked for dimentions of a cinder block. He quickly pulled the granite bin out Alittle into the aisle and informed me that he was "not going to help me rifle through them" when I never asked him to or implied I wanted him to do so, then he left. Quite frankly I was very happy he did. He was both abrupt and very rude and not helpful in the least, making me feel like the few questions I had were not supposed to even be asked. I had estimated myself 18" for length on a cinder block. His first answer was 12" then the second 18". I think he would say anything to get back to wherever he was before he was asked to come over.The only thing he did do for me was to make it easier to go through the bin by pulling it out some. I am beyond disgusted with the terrible customer service at Home Depot. Lowe's has been consistently good in that dept over the 20 years we've owned this house in Auburn. In fact, they usually go out of their way to help me and see that I leave satisfied. I will continue to go to Lowe's first then only if I need something specific that day and Lowe's doesn't have it, then go to Home Depot.

I had questions on staining and applying poly to an old dresser and the employee was able to find the exact stain for me and give strong advise on how to do that to get the best result.

I went to buy cellular shades and I could not get them cut because some inexperienced person broke the machine. And you would not go in there immediately and fix this machine. I am a customer and I am not satisfied about this. It should be about customers you should be having this machine fixed when they call. This is not right!

Helpful staff. Girl at checkout and gentleman making my keys were very pleasant and helpful.

KEEP GOING TO REGISTER ONLY TO HAVE THEM TELL ME. " YOU HAVE TWO DIFFERENT ITEMS" THE PEOPLE STANDING IN LINE THAT GET UPSET TOO

The staff asked enough questions to give me what I needed ( not what I thought I needed). They were right!

. . . the tools (functioning computer system and additional available staff during promotions) for them to do their job and to serve your customers. Besides this frustration, I recommend the Auburn, ME store. The employees there are always asking if I need assistance.

MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED, AND ITS VERY EVIDENT TO OTHERS! AS THE WIFE I ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE AND ASSOCIATES TREAT HIM LIKE HE MATTERS. THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH HIS BRAIN AND HE WAS A HARD WORKER ALL HIS LIFE.

From the time you walk in the store until the time you back out of your parking spot you feel at ease. It's always a pleasure shopping at Auburn Home Depot, there is always someone asking if you need help and they are very nice to everyone. They are very helpful helping you get what you need,and they are well stocked the employee's at Auburn are very knowledgeable . The store is very clean and well organized. Everyone of The employees make you feel like you are very important.

Today, I found all the items I needed. Associates were readily available and gave me the necessary information I needed to make my decisions. Service was great throughout my visit.

I appreciate the ease in finding exactly what I am shopping for when I shop at this Home Depot store. I have developed a friendship with many of the employees who work at the store and they are very helpful when it comes to special order items. I have been a loyal customer ever since the store was located in the Auburn area.

Kitchen remodeling was a breeze with all the help we received by Home Depots Associates. Every question was answered effectively and everyone was more than helpful. The whole experience was made easier by all their knowledge & expertise! Looking very forward to future home projects & shopping with our locale Home Depot!

Don at the Auburn Maine plumbing department went above and beyond. I had a list of supplies I needed and he helped me find every one.

Product is readily available, but Pro Desk not open on the weekends, we live in Maine we all work the weekends during the summer months.
