It is always a good experience when you have kind, knowledgeable, and professional associates to help you.

The store had the product I needed. I was undecided about which item to purchase; I was looking for an electric handheld stainer /painter. The sales associate in the paint department provided information to help me select the best item for my project. She shared her personal experience and took time to highlight the benefits and disadvantages of each item based on my planned use. All the associates that I encountered were very helpful

I have had several recent visits to both Home Depot and Lowe's and consistently a home depot is on the ball, courteous, fast checkout, better with returns, faster when help.is needed and overall prices are better.

THINKING THAT YOU ARE BUYING NEW EQUIPMENT , BUT FINDING OUT THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS USED. YOU DON'T KNOW IF THE EQUIPMENT IS DEFECTED OR JUST USED FOR A WEEKEND PROJECT AND RETURNED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN AT THIS STORE.

The associates and cashiers are always friendly and it is an easy store to shop in. Sometimes the isles are a little junkie. It is easy to get in and out of. There's always a cash register available and you can use your military ID even at the self check out.

Employees volunteered their help before customer had to ask. Aisles were a little cluttered with carts of items waiting to be stocked in shelves s it was a little more difficult to manuver shopping cart,

Great shopping experience and awesome customer service

It's a shame that they always put the most sullen people on the cash registers. This is the final experience you have in a store. It seems that if an employee doesn't want to be there, doesn't like people, and hates their life, this store consistently puts them on the cash registers. If the final experience in a store is totally negative, it also ruins it for the folks on the floor who are general exceptional. I feel sorry for those folks.

The majority of the time the store has what I am looking for and does not force me to go across the street to Lowes. Check out is always fast and efficient. Garden department is a little slow on Saturday mornings but this is to be expected.

Clean store with friendly employees, I would recommend this store.

Every time I go to Home depot on Belair Rd. the employees are always friendly, I will go back as often as I can or need anything that I could buy there. Even the Store has a certain smell that is pleasing to the nose. It was easy to locate the items I needed and it has been that way since I came in in 2003.

This is by far the friendliest Home Depot in Augusta.
