I WAS VERY HAPPY AT THE PAINT DESK, MY HUSBAND WAS PAYING FOR INSTALLTION OF A SECURITY DOOR FOR OUR DECK AND EVERYTHING WENT AS SMOOTH AS PIE!!!!

The store is always very clean. The shelf's are neat so you can find things easy. The associate in the bath section was very helpful finding what I needed for my bathroom.

WE HAD TROUBLE FINDING THE LITES WE WANTED WE WENT ONLINE IN THE STORE THE ASSOCIATE COULD NOT GET ANY INFORMATION TO COME UP ON THE COMPUTER SHE SPENT WELL OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO FIND WHAT WE WANTED SHE GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE COMPANY SO I COULD CALL THEM MY SELF SHE WAS A VERY SWEET YOUNG LADY SHE TRIED HER BEST TO HELP US THE COMPUTER DID NOT WANT TO COOPERATE THAT YOUNG LADY DESERVES A PAT ON THE BACK SHE TRIED HER BEST MY HAT IS OFF TO HER

First off, Shawna, my cashier was very friendly and helpful in ringing out my purchase. She welcomed me and thanked me shopping at your store. Also, I was helped by a gentleman in garden while I was looking at lawnmowers and loaded it up for me while I did a little more shopping. I knew what I needed but he was ready to still help me load and make sure I had what I needed. My visit on 05/01/15 was a successful one and I thank you.

I was in the home and garden center and was greeted by a sales rep Scott. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely helpful. The products were exactly what I wanted.

As always, this store is neat, always greeted with a friendly smile and someone is always there to help when needed.

Store was a little cluttered in the gardening area, but otherwise seemed neat. Was pleased to find roses on sale! hope they take!

Woman in Flooring would not stop making calls to help me with outdoor carpet .Well after standing there for about 20 mins,she ask can I help you,Yes miss I need 6'x10' peace of outdoor carpet the first thing out he mouth was we dont carry it I said you sure do right there it is ..But that a 12' roll were are your six foot Rolls.Sir....We do not carry that none of are stores do ..I told her your wrong Miss you can call Peach st store in Erie Pa and they will tell you they do..She says what ever and so I went to help her since I was already in the store to long and she snapped,Don't touch it .I got it .......So by then I'am steaming I have to buy something I didn't need and had to be disrespected By the woman ...Like I was a little Kid ...Never will I step foot in there again, Ready to Drop Home depot credit ..This isn't the first time I was treated like that ..Ready for a Lowes card ....Home depot take the thousands of dollars I'v spent and get some good employees...

All of the products are displayed perfectly making a search very easy . And the clerk showed me how to use the self check out !

They were outta stock on a few copper fitting I was in the middle of a job and had to go to lowes to purchase the items

Once again I appreciated the enthusiasm and help from Debi. The cashier though ,did not seem interested in helping me or making any phone calls. The store was quite large and I am handicapped. She seemed tired and not interested in helping me. I would give you her name but unfortunately my receipt says "self checkout" Debi, the associate on the floor was extremely helpful however.

I have used this store on several occasions and it has always been a store that is easy to navigate. Associates have always been very knowledgable and helpful in locating store items. I love the fact that they do not constantly move items around on the store. Being a creature of habit it is always easy for me to locate items in looking for.

We have 3 home depot stores with in a short drive. And I go out of my way to visit the Austintown store

I love going there. if i know what i need i'm in and out in seconds. I have on many visits needed assistants or had questions on "How To" or just ask what they thought i should do with projects i was working on. and never have been dissatisfied.

Convenient, clean & stocked to meet the needs of homeowners.

I was able to get in, find the items I needed and get out in less than 10 minutes. No need for assistance today, but have had good experiences in the past.

Great store. Nicely organized. Convenient. In good location for most customers. Prefer it over the Boardman store

WAITED 35 MINUTES TO GET MULCH LOADED... I UNDERSTAND THEY GET BUSY...BUT THE ASSOCIATE THAT I NEEDED TO LOAD MULCH WITH THE FORK LIFE WAS SITTING IN FRONT OF THE STORE WITH A LAWN MOWER ON THE FORKS FOR ABOUT A HALF HOUR??? NOT SURE WHY... HE COULDN'T PUT THE MOWER DOWN AND LOAD THE THREE PEOPLE THAT NEED JUST A FEW MINUTES TO LOAD A COMPLETE PALLET OF MULCH... HE NEVER HAD TO GET OFF HIS FORKLIFT...I GUESS ITS JUST ANOTHER DAY OF THE MODERN CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLD

The store was well organized and well stocked. The associates were readily available and pleasant.

The reason why I stated it was relaxing. Is because no one was harassing you if you needed anything. they just let you look around and ask if you needed help. The store was also well organized. THANKS!

The store had all the products that I needed and the store employees were very helpful.

Came to buy 20 bags of mulch and was approach by a young man that was obviously interested in performing his job since he came up to me as I exited my car asking what he could do,for me. He instructed me to pay for the product while he began to load. When returning with the receipt, he was half way done. He load to distribute the weight inside of my CRV Honda properly.

The employees are nice and willing to above and beyond to help you.

To me good tools are essential, "Right tool for the right job". For me this would be my Toy Store for I love play with tools.

Purchase a toilet with install. Still haven't heard from the contracted plumber. Computer glitch was stated and wrong number was given. If store is having issues with computer then it should be fixed. Present day is all about technology. Corporate should have this issue fixed immediately when store Manager requests. Ordered a range which was listed as in stock. Received a call after purchase stating that it wasn't and have to wait another week for a range. Will follow up later if/ when I get the toilet and the range installed.

Billy in the paint dept had great customer service. I will buy all my paint here because of him. I have been there many times and he is always so helpful and very friendly
