The store was clean and I was happy with the help.

Have used this store for all my lighting needs at my house I moved into here in Aurora. had all I needed.

are very nice, could have saved .20 cents on the same tiny can of paint at Wal-Mart:):)

I live about 10 minutes away and shop here all the time. There is a different supply store closer to my house, but I can never seem to find the exact products I need for specific projects. Store is laid out nicely, easy to get in and out of, and has great inventory.

the store pretty much has what Im looking for , the associates are extremely helpful when needed.

Ever since I moved into the area this has been my go to store for all my home upgrade and repair needs. Plus I was always able to get helpful information from the associates

I am very busy and don't have extra time to waist running from store to store. The store would have ben better off as a high volume store. It has a hard time keeping regular stocked items because of it's low volume status

This store is well stocked, with employees that know the products and are pleasant to you too!

don't go to this garden center on a weekend if you require associate help, or if you have a limited amount of time. i spent more time waiting to check out that i did shopping. I couldn't find what i wanted, but i couldn't find a store employee to help me. I finally bought something that was not what i wanted, but was close.

This place has great service. All the products are at a great and affordable price. One problem is that there is noise which can be bothering. The stores are very spacey which is good because of all the great products taking up space.

Found what I needed for Father's Day--in & out--a happy guy!

The store is well organized, and marked where products can easily be found. When I had trouble getting 1x2 out because of band on bundle, associate was very helpful and friendly to cut band. Men loading stock salt helped load my salt and were friendly and helpful.

I find this store to be very clean every time I go there. I also find the associates to be very friendly and extremely well versed in the departments they work in. A great store to shop in.

Courtney & Lucy were very helpful today. They seemed to know all the customers walking by, I'm sure from their friendly demeanor. Walking in as a mom, with 3 boys in tow, could scare any sales associate lol. They went out of their way to help make my purchases quickly and were very sweet to my kids! Thank you for taking the time to just be nice :)

Great and accessible store with very logical placement of products. Always something new to see. Love this store.

I'm doing a remodel of a half bath and I went to Home Depot today with a list of 7 items; paint, light fixture, towel bar, tissue holder, door knob, cabinet knobs, and a floor vent. In no time at all I had all of the items I needed in my cart. The person working the paint desk was very helpful helping me select which type of paint would be good for my bathroom. He mixed up my paint while I did the rest of my shopping and had my paint can waiting for me when I returned to the paint counter. The cashier at the checkout was very friendly.

Not only do they have the items I need, they have people capable of providing helpful information.

The contractor loading area in front of the store seems to be turning into a parking lot for all those lazy people who think they can just park there and go shopping. I find it vary fustrating when I come out of store with a cart full of lumber and material etc... and would like to pull my truck up and load, but they're are 5,6,7 or more cars & trucks parked in this area and no one is around loading any of there vehicles. I have seen it time and time again people just pull in park in this area and walk into the store as if it was they're own personal parking spot. If i'm not mistaken there is a sign that reads contractor loading area and not parking lot.

The Aurora Home Depot almost always has what I need and always has an associate nearby to help!

It's always easy for me to find products I am looking for in this store because its organized. Associates are always ready to help by asking if what the customers need, and with a smile. It always makes customers to feel at ease if greeted with a smiling face. I buy all the things I need in this store if it involves house improvement. The "how-to" videos online are very helpful as well. There is no weekend that I don't visit this store. Love the store.

This store has wonderful people to help you out. In paint, plumbing, electrical and appliance . Also Viktoriia at check out made the whole process very pleasant and helpful.

Not the largest Home Depot I've visited but certainly the most friendly and helpful. It has that traditional Mom & Pop approach. It is the rare occasion I can't find what I need and the associates will even check to locate an out-of-stock item in another HD. When I've experienced the rare occasion when there has been a problem, an Associate and/or Management have been courteous and helpful in trying resolve the issue.

The service in the Paint Department was great. Keep up the good work.

I SHOP HERE TWO OR THREE TIMES PER WEEK AS I AM A DIYer AND ALWAYS SEEM TO NEED SOMETHING FOR THE HOUSE. I AM DOING A LOT OF MAINTENANCE AND HOME IMPROVEMENT AND I FIND THE ASSOCIATED HERE VERY HELPFUL WITH GOOD SUGGESTIONS. THEY KNOW THEIR STORE AND WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE. I REALLY ENJOY SHOPPING HERE AND MY PROJECTS ALWAYS COME OUT GOOD.
