nice store, i love shopping at home depot

I purchased a Washer/Dryer set. The staff was very friendly and patient. All paperwork was completed quickly. The price was competitive. Delivery was free, It was an easy purchase.

My last 2 visits to the store the customer service was terrible. The first time I ask about brackets for steel fence post and even showed the guy a picture of how we were fixing the fence. He told me the store didn't sell them and the only ones they had were in a box of assorted stuff. He did not offer to help me. Today I found the brackets I needed on another aisle. Then I ask for help with screws and waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. There were 2 men who worked there standing in the next aisle over talking so I could have gotten help.

This store has is all. The staff is very helpful furthermore everything one needs is neatly organized and displayed !! Great location !!!!

I have several small "desigjn as you go" projects and have bought items I later realized I did not need. Home Depot has been excellent in allowing returns for full refund. This makes a big difference when I am deciding where to buy!

I've shopped Home Depot for years. I've never had a problem with any of the products I've purchased. I've shopped Lancaster, Palmdale, Bakersfield (Ming, Rosedale and Gosford stores). This store on Gosford is the most disorganized I've seen.

Kathryn in the garden department was very helpful . She saved me money and she is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ifound the the store to be very enjoying to shop and find what I am looking for. The store has a variety of ways to assist the customers for their needs at home. From credit assistance to just about anything the homeowners need. And I honor them for their assistance to Veterans.

I only went to look at the washing machines (not ready to purchase yet) but the sales person I stopped to ask to help me was very helpful. She was so helpful that I decided to buy it that day. When she explained it was not her department and she would get the person who worked there once she got back from break to help me. I told her 'No I want you to finish the sale.' She had already helped me this far I preferred she finish the sale. Even if it's NOT your department or see a customer confused, don't walk away! You're there for customers not only your paycheck. MOST DEPOT STORES ARE SET UP THE SAME (I COULD BE BLIND FOLDED IN A REGULAR SET STORE AND PROBABLY COULD GET VERY CLOSE TO WHERE THE DESIRED ITEM WAS LOCATED)

I'm of Hispanic dissent. I was treated rudely and not helped. Ignored to the point I ended graving my onw merchandise with out help. The cashier was a great help. Floor associate did not help at all.

Almost every time I have gone to Home Depot and needed help the associate was there as quick as possible. Sometimes they are helping others and you have to wait your turn but they let you know so you aren't just left waiting, thinking no one is coming. As a shopper, you have to be patient and realize you aren't the only person needing help. My experience with Cindy on Dec 15, 2015 was wonderful. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.
