Always get friendly help from everyone at Home Depot. They go out of their way to assist you,even if they don't work in that area-if they can't help, they will find someone who can.

It was busy and a bit crowded there. I would suggest building another Home Depot close by to alleviate the flow at this location. Check your electric tools closely when you buy at Home Depot. Many are remanufactured, and they don't tell you this. I bought a drill that only had high speed and no variable speed. Bought the same drill elsewhere and it worked fine. Same with a Paslode nailer. It was rebuilt, and didn't come with the charger or battery. Paid the same price elsewhere for one that was new and had both the charger and battery.

We were tthere over 2 hours,the assistance on the floor thoughout the store were informative,helpful ,and cheerful. We had to check out at the customer servive desk on this day ,1 woman was busy assisting online customers and we waited about 20 to25 minutes for any of the other 4 people (who were just standing there and doing nothing,literally) to even look our way . I had to say something. We had to pick up aM18 Hammer/Impact combo kit at the service desk.When we finally got checked out ,she didn't even offer bags for our purchases and it was raining outside.. When we go to Home Depot ,we send alot of time in the store and alot of time we purchase quite a few things and I have never gotten angry until May 23,2015. We were treated like we didn't matter at that time and we were an inconvience.

The shelf with the spray adhesive on it wasn't tall enough. Had to remove each can from the box to get it off the shelf. All the employees seemed very knowledgeable & helpful.

This is my go to Home Depot when I need anything for my home or garden. This store has some of the most helpful associates. I actually won a $500 Home Depot gift card from the Texas Lottery second chance Home Depot Home giveaway. I was super excited because I love going to Home Depot. I decided to do a little upgrade on my home and the store associates were very helpful in helping me find what I needed and were more than happy to help load the items in my truck.

I walked in with my two children, and in most stores everyone looks away hoping to avoid a "stress full situation" . At the Mesquite Home Depot I was asked several times if I needed help. I never accepted because I know my way around a Home Depot but was so grateful to have so many chances to get assistance. I really appreciate that orange apron, and the knowledge that often comes behind it. I have never felt at home in a Lowes like I do in a Home depot. Thank you for caring!

Home depot has always been a fun place for me to shop. As a retired fixed income person and home owner, I do most all my own home repairs and maintenance. Home depot provides me with such items.

This store is a fun store to shop in. I received excellent service and paint color quality from the paint department. The lumber department had exactly the product I needed to repair a wall corner my daughters dog had chewed up, also the product to repair the window sill the dog also chewed on. Thanks to home depot for having most all the products it takes to maintain my home...

I love this Home Depot, I go there a couple of times a week. The associates are always friendly and they always have what I need.

I'm always able to find the products I need and when not a Friendly Associate is there to help me always.

I always have a great learning experience when I shop at this store. Love lawn and garden stuff and outdoor display. Get excited about new seasonal stuff. Problem is I like to watch cost and Im always getting talked into the better and more quality item. LOL! smile.

I am searching for blocks to build a border. All that are in stock are too large, trying to match some I have.

I was impressed with the knowledge of plumbing products your associate had. she even brought me to the spots where the products worked and demonstrated how they should fit together for the pipes. If you did not have this associate I would not have been able to purchase these items.

The Elam store is my store. I have always had a great experience there. The associates have helped me with finding a specific wire to put outside, to buying cabinets, and concrete. The associates in the paint dept, even though they are always so busy, they are polite, and courteous, and I don't mind waiting my turn....when I come to Elam, and I don't need anybody's help, there is at least 2-4 associates that asked me "are you finding everything". That is customer service....would i recommend Home Depot Elam Rd, yes I would!!!! The only thing I can say that is a little negative, is the wait to return stuff....I feel if 3 people are standing in line, you open up another register....thank you for a great store!!!!!

It's always fun to shop for home repair products at Home Depot. They usually have what I need and their products seem to be top notch.

Home depot is conveniently located for my home repair usage. Home depot usually has everything I need to maintain my home.

I am a female and although it may seem very stereotypical, I was lost in this store. There was so much stuff and so many lanes to look in that I could not figure out which way to go. When I finally found the aisle I was looking for (I felt so proud) I would have loved to find what I was looking. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. I saw lots of orange aprons but no one seemed available to help. Finally, a customer on the same aisle looked like he knew what he was doing, so I said. "What the hay, it couldn't be much worse than what I was doing!" I asked for his help and he was very helpful. He located my tool, found the right size I needed for the job, and satisfied my desire. I confidently walked to the register ready to check-out! I am so glad that there are customers that can help you as well!!! The store is well stocked so I would recommend it, but only if you know what you are doing or run into a cool customer like I did!!!

Employees very friendly and willing to help. If they can't find it they approach other employees until you are satisfied. The check out time is minimal, no long lines and pleny of cashiers.
