We were looking for hard wood and the associate knew exactly what we needed. He was very helpful and found us a great priced floor.

The gentleman in the door section was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady in the paint section was also very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She was very busy with backed up requests but still was friendly and took all the time each person required. She had to mix our paint twice and still didn't get the results we wanted so she suggested a paint color. We bought it, used it and love the color. We also love the door we purchased. We plan to buy all our remodel purchases at this store. We have a long list.

The hose that feeds my ice maker was leaking and I am not knowledgeable about such things, but thought I would try to fix it myself. I went to one hardware store and they didn't have the part, but they gave me some parts they said would work. They didn't. I went to Home Depot. Jason from the plumbing department helped me. Home Depot didn't have the part, either, but Jason spent the time to but together all the pieces (as in literally put it together), to ensure it would work for me. Because I had to buy more parts than planned, he then made sure I had received a discount. Then the lady checking me was super friendly, too! While I had to spend some time in Home Depot (and in all honesty, ended up needing help with my project), I really appreciate the help I received while there.

Can't believe how excellent customer service was at the BASTROP HOME DEPOT. TRAVIS went above and beyond the call of duty finding power tool parts and explaining their proper use and maintenance when I had questions. BOB in lumber shared his expertise in types of lumber for different purposes and was expert @ selecting and cutting lumber for various projects. In addition, LINDA the cashier was kind and helpful at checkout! Thank you Bastrop Home Depot!

My wife and I are always pleased with Home Depot's Garden Section. Every chance we get to update our landscape, we come visit Home Depot at Bastrop. 1)Lots of parking space, I hate hate hate going around and around searching for a space. 2)Wide isles and well stocked shelves. 3)Clean shelved products and floors. 4)Every employee greet me with a smile and asked if I needed help. 5)Great Return items Policy-almost NO questions asked. 6)Competitive prices. This last visit here was enjoyable and I found everything I was looking for with the help from the Lowe's staff. Everyone is always willing to help when we visit..

The associates are friendly and knowledgeable but you have to go and find one. The displays should match the boxed products.

I have always been greeted upon entering and have never had to ask for what I came in there has always been someone to ask me "what can I help you find today? or Do you need further assistance after I have been directed to the first item. The Home Depot associates are a great team.

Bill D and Nan went well above and beyond the call of duty helping me, when I drove over an hour to this home depot to pick up a drill that the website showed that this specific store had in stock. They spent well over 30 minutes trying to help me in locating the specific drill. When the drill couldn't be found, Bill D offered the next higher model up drill for a discounted price to make up for the drive and time lost. He didn't have to do that, but due to that fact, they will continue to get my business. Thank you very much.

Johny Stock was very helpful.He knew where the product was I needed,when other people were lost.

Overall this store has very knowledgeable staff. That is hard to find in most big box stores. Jerry and Johny at the Pro-Desk are the best. Nan and Mickey are such friendly helpful cashiers. We've spend a lot of money building our home and know most of the employees and they all know our names and reach out to us. A great experience. Just wish Jeremy the last manager was still there.

Storage of pool salt is on complete opposite end of store from pool chemicals.

Home Depot Associate in Tools was exceptionally knowledgeable and took time to show me several hand tools for my consideration. I need to remove large sections of wood from a 148 pound wood BURL! This sculpture needs completion soon. A huge relief to me to know this Ryobi Angle Grinder and several grits of fiber discs are getting me on my way to finishing the sculpture to my delight. I have been looking to get a storage shed, and found the best price, the best shed, and the best sales associate at Home Depot. I enjoyed the experience of creating the shed with Johny. I also like the way the store is organized. It is easy to find what I need, and the plants are great. My addiction!

The store was clean and items easy to locate. I only had 1 issue while shopping, and that was a blocked isle in the door section. I am disabled and was on a store use scooter and couldn't get through the isle blockage. I backed up to where I could turn the scooter around and continued shopping. It wasn't a big issue, but it should be addressed.

Found all items where I was directed to look. Had a list and it was filled and I was out the store in 10 minutes. Cashier, Tamara was very helpful

I always have a pleasant experience while shopping at Home Depot. wen I need assistance there are always helpful, knowledge employees willing and able to help. I visit the store on almost a daily basis and will continue to do so for all my home improvement needs.

I found what I needed in the floor tile department without help. I needed help finding the air conditioning filters and was guided by a knowledgeable store employee that knew exactly which isle they were in.

Overall great store with real people. Hi Nan and Mickey and the rest of the people. Extremely helpful and the young ones are learning and trying. Please don't walk away when someone raises their hand for help but that is not the norm!

I spent most of my day at Home Depot that day made a trip that morning picking up supplies and then had to come back that afternoon to pickup building materials your store associate Christopher was extremely helpful and friendly and then during checkout Johnny at the Pro desk was Awesome! Great employees! These two showed true customer service....Thank you!

I love coming here! I have never had a bad experience! The store associates are always friendly to me and my 6 month old 60 pound mastiff! They always greet him with such warmness and I love it! I walk in and always have someone greet me and ask if I need help! The cashier Mickey is a sweet guy! Made my day today and my mastiff's day! I go out of my way to come here!

This store is clean and orderly. I can find what I need easily. It is not crowded so there is rarely a wait to check out. When I can quickly go in and find what I need to complete my job my day is much better. Time is money and Home Depot saves me time.

I like this Home Depot, James in plumbing is always ready to assist and he always has a pleasant smile and makes us feel very welcome.
