Store is full of knowledgeable people, fun, smiley. All looks clean, organized, with an ambience of great creativity to dream big in projects for the home or even small things that can transform big time an area of your home. Like sensors, lighting, fans, tools, etc so many wonderful ideas and materials that would add sazziness, glamour, love to that space we call home. Hurray for T.H.D !! Weeepppaaaaa !

They are no counting the number of customer that can enter to the store. Therefore if you need a staff probably you would need to get a manager if you want to by attend. That store it could be a focus of infection for Civid 19.

I live in Tampa Florida but we own a home in Orocovis, Puerto Rico. We are in the process of remodeling our home there for our retirement. We needed to purchase some items and we chose the Home Depot Store #6401 Bayamon, Puerto Rico. I was skeptic to shop online and by phone but the employees there starting with the young man (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) that works in customer service and all the other employees, Veronica in appliances department, Madeline in curbside orders and Adaliz in the Paint Department were so helpful, supportive and friendly. This will be the store I will shop permanently when I go to Puerto Rico.

The store it's very well organized, clean and associates are very friendly and helpful. In particular GLENDA, she went the extra mile to help and assist me, they should be more employees like her.

In this visit, everything was fine, the employees were helpful, we found everything we were looking for. Thats why we go there even though we have various other stores in between our house and the store, we always know we will find what we are looking for.

The store, as usual, was very neat and organized. I was able to find the item in the designated area. The checkout process was very easy. The employees were very friendly and willing to help me with the purchase.
