Outstanding service all around the store.

The customer service in this store sucks, by phone is horrible as well. Only the tool guy and a new girl at the pay yourself register from November 25, 2020 6:30am shift are amazing and very helpful. Management there sucks and supplies are very low usually.

Products versatility

This is one of the Home Depot stores on the island we like to go shopping a lot. It is a very organized store. The employees are very kind. Parking is very accessible. You always find someone to help you. Avoid going on holidays that are the busiest in the store.

Is my favor store. Not all the employees are the same...some of them need retraining! The pickups area need improvement in how to deal with customer!

The employees Janilys (customer services) and Eistermarie (delivery) were very kind and worried to find my christmas items. Janilys was all the time in contact with me and coordinated with Eistermarie to lower my items of the high shelf. A+ for this two girls. They are AMAZING!

yes,i would appreciate if thers any way you could connect instore tu the second floor by an electric laters that you find in many stores for conviniant for all, im sure if you do that millions more customers will come to the store, right now to go to the store and up you have to go outside the store and some days its raining and cousas a lot of incovinient.....hope you can..... thanks......
