Had all the items that I needed, made my shopping so easy.

Staff is not very helpful when they don't know their station.

I was in a hurry to purchase some Roof Cleaning Chemicals. I was running behind on Thanksgiving eve.I was pleasantly greeted by Jamie and directed to Charlie on the Isle where the Chemical was that I had never seen or used before. Charlie took the time to Quickly explain and choose the right product to do the job efficiently.I entered at 6:12 p.m. And checked out at 6:22 p.m., Very Satisfied and saved money on the Purchase while in the process. You don't normally find Box Store Help like this these days. Thanks Home Depot in Baytown Texas.

When everyone else pointed in the direction they thought I should go, I found one that helped me find what I was needing.

Other than a shortage of shopping carts this store has knowledgeable associates that like their job,. ( I Know Can You Believe That ) They don't run away or get lost when you ask for help. They could help teach other stores how to engage better with customer service.

Everything was what TXyou would expect from a store

I have always been very satisfied with the Baytown Home Depot store. The personnel is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was having trouble finding the right product. The young man (Andrew) at the service desk acknowledge my presence and even thou he was very busy, he did come to assist me as soon as he was finished with his previous customer. Andrew was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. It's employees like Andrew that make the customers come back. I will definitely come back and look for Andrew if I need any assistance. Thank you Andrew for making my day a better one.

It is always easy to shop at Home Depot Baytown. Today, the sales associate working the register did not know what aisle the door hardware was located on. The next associate I passed did direct me to the right area. It took awhile to find the Smoke/CO detectors, no associates were on that side of store.

When I got ready to check out and pay for my items I discovered that the store no longer has cashiers except in the contractor line. All 8 of the self checkouts were available but all 15 of the customers, some contractors and some ordinary customers like me were waiting in the contractor line to make out purchases. I am extremely disappointed that Home Depot has chosen to go this route. I do not use self checkout anywhere. I will not do business with them again until this issue is resolved and cashiers are reinstalled. I have been a long standing customer but will make my purchases somewhere else. The one associate who approached all of us pointed out that we could use the self checkouts but NO ONE moved out of the line. I asked her if she could check us out or find someone who could and she ignored my question. I shutter to think how horrible things are going to be at the Home Depot during the Christmas rush. They are going to lose many customers if they don't add some cashiers.

All I needed was one little piece of trim cut out of some clearance bin wood and I was in the store for 45 minutes. Once the associate got there to make the cut all was fine but it took forever for someone to show up after I requested help from the front desk.

Product was easy to find and associate was able to pull it from shelf quickly.

This my first experience of returning an item to Home Depot over a mistake I made in purchasing. I came in with no recite expecting to be turned way or asked if I had actually purchased it... That has happened more than once at the lowes across the street. Yet the cashier Veronica at Home Depot today was more than helpful and made the return easier than it should of been!!! The systems in place are awesome for the customer. Veronica was able to look up my original purchase on my card and before I knew it I was done and out the door. I'm glad she knew how to handle me lack of preparation

I ordered online for a store pickup. My wait to receive notification they were ready for me to get it was approximately 10 minutes.

The ladies at the Customer Service Desk are very friendly and accommodating. My online pick up order was handled quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Janie for taking great care of my order and loading it for me. Wonderful job all around!

Been coming to this store for a while (16 years) and I have never had a problem keep up the good work!

The associates were very friendly . They offered to help right away . Their selection of things were great. The pricing was within my budget. Love to shop here.

It's OK not to be a Do-It-Yourselfer at Home Depot. They'll help you find what you want and also schedule installation. Such personal service is rare today!

I shop a lot, even in Houston at "specialty" stores, and yet I can find what I want at a good price right here in Baytown. The associates know me, as I have been remodeling my house off and on for 8 years, and even though I am particular, even sometimes hard to please, the associates always treat me so well and they smile when I walk in, ready to help me on my next "challenge". They try hard to please the customer, and even when I have had a few problems, they try to work them out and show a caring attitude. It sets them apart from the high priced (overpriced?) stores that are only looking at the bottom line.

I found exactly the size of the board I needed. Lowe's did not have this size available.

I am always pleased when I visit lawn and garden. The associates are always friendly and helpful.
