Great customer service, very friendly & helpful. The merchandise is high quality, and prices are fantastic!

Had a awesome experience. My husband and I are first time DIY basement renovation doers. We decided to finally remodel our basement. Not having a real clue on what is really needed for this project, we were guided by your store associates (Kirk, John, and Tyrone). Kirk helped my pick out tile, grout, mortar and much more. John, helped me pick out paint color that would best match the style of materials we were purchasing. John also helped us confirm all the other materials like what type of drywall and lumber is best suited for a basement. Tyrone gave us his style opinion and confirmed that all the materials coordinated well. MY NEW STORE!!! Thanks!!

I had no problems with this store. I got help from an employee that I needed, and the girl that I checked out with answered a question that I had.

Justin (one day) and Cesar (the next day) loaded my car with several bags of heavy mulch at the Garden Center. They each offered to help me and I was glad for their assistance. Very friendly and courteous young men.

i wish the home depot on western / 47th have helpful employees like the one in Bedford .

the employees need to direct the customer to the employee who knows what and how to explain the product in that department when they do not know about the product themselves,. and do not tell the customer they do not know, and walk away..

Chris and Mike, the associates in the Flooring Dept., were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for flooring to ask for them. They really know their products and covered all aspects from purchase to installation

Store is very clean and organized, everyone from managers, coaches and every employee are dedicated to assist and make everyone happy and comfortable from a screw to a 20' pipe they do everything to meet and exceed customer expectations. Keep doing this great job. Thank you!

Great store good people overall they are very friendly to customer and very knowledgeable on all their products in the store. But if the store doesn't have what you need they can help you find it quickly and either deliver it to their store or to the home your choose . And to me that is exactly what a customer wants to hear instead of being hasteled like other places. So thank you.

I would really like to say that Robin was such a big help, not only was she very knowledgeable but very personable as well and made my overall shopping experience enjoyable and I did not leave the store feeling like i was just another customer. Thank you Robin!

I've been shopping at the Bedford Park Home Depot since they opened many years ago. I'm just an average homeowner who knows just enough to fix things but not enough to prevent getting into trouble when I try. Thats where this Home Depot comes in. The people at this Home Depot really go out of their way not only to help you find what you're looking for, they explain things that make it easier to do the job right. These are really good people, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Well worth the trip to go here.

stop repackaging open product. sometimes not all the parts are there. make sure the customer restroom are cleaned before the store is open. some of us can't hold it like we use to.

Customer Service Representative needs better training in dealing with paying Patrons . Sales Associate named 'Marlo' seemed to be upset because I was returning and repurchasing a item at a discounted price. I did not appreciate her Smart Remarks she made of this transaction to other co workers. I felt Discriminated against because of my race.

Even though the cashier Holli was unfamiliar with the products I needed help with,she did her very best to help me. She had a beautiful smile and great sense of humor.Made my difficult experience a little less stressful.

I love shopping at home depot, This is the place for me since buying a house 17 years ago. I have had a few issues, but for the most part all the employees are always happy to help, the cashiers are all very nice. If I could buy stock in home depot I would. My only issue would be, that a store like this requires some knowledge of the products. You have to know more than what isle something is in to be of assistance here. Because of my background as an Architect, I would love to work here part time on the weekend

This Black Friday me and my family came out to catch some great deals. My son who is special needs seen an elf as well as santa and was every excited. The young lady Vanessa who assisted us did not become distracted by my son's disability nor disformities she did not turn away she helped us and even allowed my son to wear her little light up hat people like her should be awarded and valued. She made my son's day and I will forever be a Homedepot shopper because of that experience. I hope that my survey reaches Homedepot store owner whom ever he or she maybe this young was nothing short of an Angel.

Overall a good store. Usually have everything in stock even though things are not always stocked on the shelves.
