What a great experince at HD in Belleville! I bought a Cub Cadet at a fantastic price. Associate Steve Hooker helped me make my selection and I am very pleased with the mower. Steve knew the product, was helpful and was very professional. I'll be back to this HD location, thanks to Steve.

Very impressed with the organization of the store. Items were easy to find,employees readily available if needed. So much better than Lowe's! Keep up the good work! Customers do notice!!

We have always had a good shopping experience at Home Depot. We have bought flowers, bird seed, weed killer, garage door, garden fertilizer and many other items. All with good luck.

If every Associate was as efficient as Bill in the garden department the Home Depot would crush Lowes.

I visit HD on a regular basis. Everything was as I expected.

Always very helpful. Lots of times greeted at the front door and asked if you need assistance. Sometimes I do, saves me lots of unnecessary running around. Thanks so much!

you need more staff in garding too load cars three of us was waiting so two clerks worked to load or cars

very poor service. No one around to help. I was told I would have help loading my purchase. Waited 15 minutes. No one around!! a CUSTOMER helped me!

I always know when I go to Home Depot it will be a quick easy trip. There are always employees there offering to help you. It they can't they will find someone who can.

I needed a black 5x8 rug. Steve in flooring was very helpful and ordered it for me to be shipped to my home.

This is the only store in our area we like to shop at. It has great productst that the others do not.

I went into the store looking for items to hopefully repair my lawn mower. I was able to get those items quickly with the help of the associate. On too of that it happened to be a kids workshop going on and my two year old nephew was with me...he had a blast making the window bird feeder!!! So what I thought would be a ten minute trip to Home Depot turned into forty but it was well worth it...thanks guys, you rock!!

I mad a specific stop at the store to purchase yard signs for a upcoming car show. Associate was very helpful and got down extra stock from top shelves so I would have the # of signs needed!

Had contact with 3 associates. 2 were helpful and what I expect when shopping at HD. One associate had the "do you expect me to help in a department that is not mine" attitude. Asked her to cut 1 board and was left standing at the saw. Left to get a tape measue and never did come back.

The store is in a great location and the employees was great and very helpful. I would recommend the store to my friends and family. I was very satisfied.

Great shopping at my Home Depot. Associates are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They always make sure that you have been helped. The prices are very competitive especially to Lowes...mostly better!!
