Luke an employee at the Belleville store assisted me and my father to jump start his truck even though he was off the clock and heading home going out of his way to borrow jumper cables from Ken a fellow employee and both helped get our truck started. Thankyou for taking the extra time to help us!

I have been a pro extras member for over a year now I have spent thousands of dollars in building supplies and paint. When I first signed up for this it wasn't explained to me exactly how out works. Painting is just one of my forte. I am a professional remodeling expert, but when I came in that first time I was buying paint for a mid level on going contact for a retirement home. I also buy supplies for other typesof jobs, like kitchen and bath remodels. But now that I was miss informed, those receipts don't count. No matter how much I spend. Like I said, I have spent thousands at The Home DEPOT and still have received no discounts. If this problem I is not rectified I may have to find other means to save. I am a member of another named home improvement store and they even keep in touch with me personally to find out why I haven't been coming in lately. Well I may be, soon.

WE ARE REDOING AN OLD HOUSE AND VISIT HOME DEPOT SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK SOMETIMES MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. ALWAYS RECEIVE GREETINGS AND STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. THEY DON'T KNOW MY NAME BUT RECOGNIZE MY FACE WHEN I COME IN BUT SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS KNOW MY HUSBAND BY NAME AND ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP HIM OUT WITH WHATEVER HE IS WORKING ON THAT DAY. I have always had friendly and helpful service when I need help. When I don't need help, they don't bother me but I know they're available. And the workers are always courteous, even at their own inconvenience.

Everything I was looking for was together, in the Garden Center...

I went to purchase a 10 foot pole, whether it be wood or metal. After finding an 11 foot pole, I asked a worker if they cut wood for people anymore. He said I could do it myself using the tape measure and hand saw located in another isle. When I saw the setup, I just purchased the pole and will have someone else cut the extra foot off that I don't need and ensuring it is a smooth cut, rather than rigid. So thank you Home Depot worker for delaying my project and causing me additional work.

Store employees helpful in find and getting paint supplies

It was hard to find someone to help me so I went up front and asked but the employee that came and helped me was super nice and she helped me find exactly what I needed.

if your looking for flooring, ask steve ... he was a wealth of knowledge. if your near the pro-desk and need some help... edward was spot on.

I visited the landscaping department after it had closed in the evening, so no one was around but I found what I wanted easily and took to the inside to purchase. The pansies were of excellent quality the priced affordably.

Every time I go to the store everyone is very helpful

I've spent over $1500 buying product at this Home Depot store to finish my basement, with the help of my nephew who is a carpenter. I have found everything, at a reasonable price, at this store. The employees did not lack in their area of expertise and loading, which was a real asset to me. Thank you Home Depot!

Easy accsess, great floor plan. Fast and friendly service.

Researched Baer wood stains and store availability online, and arrived knowing exactly what isle to go to AND how much my materials would cost. The paint dept. associate promptly formulated and mixed my stain, and I was literally in and out in just a couple minutes longer than it took to shake the cans!!

I am disappointed to see industrial raised cover for 4" square boxes are being discontinued. I buy these covers weekly. I also find that drive on bushings are not available in all trade sizes as well as reducing washers. Often you will carry one part for somthing but then the rest of the parts you carry do not work together. You need a electrician framiliar with local codes and commercial electric work. Also you only carry the tamper proof simplex receptacle. It's is expensive and hard to use.

I was in and out in no time. Cashier was very friendly.

Steve, in flooring, is a very amiable associate. I'd search him out for any future purchases.

Had help finding stuff from the minute I walked into the store. Every department I visited had knowledgeable staff patiently answered all of my questions and when they couldn't answer them they found someone that could. They are always very friendly at this store. I enjoy going there as much as my husband does. Thank you.

The store was very clean and organized. The gentleman at the appliance department was very helpful in helping me make my purchase. I felt no pressure to buy he just gave me the information I needed. Also, the sales clerk was helpful in completing my purchase. I was very pleased with my visit to this store.
