When I inquired about an item I was told to go to Isle 37 and after I walk the entire length of the store that item was not even located in that aisle so it would be more beneficial if you were people knew exactly where items were to save the customer excessive time in locating the item they want to purchase

Advertise Krystal Kleer windshield washer fluid for $2.98 but when I arrive the least expensive windshield washer fluid is $3.79

I bought some MDF and it all worked out great. A HD associate cut the MDF into a few smaller panels, after having cut for two previous customers ahead of me. Then, the checkout person was friendly and got me out the door fast. In past years, it could be hard to find associates to help, but it seems like they have hired many more people who are available to help customers more now.

Your requirement to have everyone’s self check is dumb considering people are your employees are just sitting around talking and pointing a cash registers and doing absolutely nothing

Perfect screw for sunroof panel work. However, HD web says 15 in stock at Issaquah store but after 10 minutes looking we couldn't find any. Drove 10 miles to Bellevue store, and yes.

I bought a double door for closet at Bellevue Home Deport, and they helped me to choose the style very professionally and patiently. They also helped me order the shipment, and callback to me for the state updates on exactly time they said. Very happy on the experience for shopping here.

Home Depot needs to make sure their carpet cleaning rentals actually work before renting to customers. The associate even accused me of pretending that the machine was not working in order to get more rental time! I rented a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner and bought carpet cleaning solution. After bringing it home and using it for about an hour, it only accumulated ~20% of the waste water tank. This was my first time using a carpet cleaner, so I didn't know what to expect and thought this was normal. After another ~30 mins of use, I found that the water wasn't spraying from under the machine and the tank was not collecting any additional water. I called the store and they said to bring it back. When I got to the store, the associate still wanted to charge me for 3 of the 4 hours of the rental! I explained that I shouldn't have to pay for a machine that didn't work -- it wasted 3 hours of my time, and ate more than half of the cleaning solution that I bought, that I can't recover from the machine, and gas for the additional trip to the store. After much back and forth with the associate, they agreed to refund me and charge me for a new 4-hour rental. Luckily the new rental worked, but overall this was a terrible experience! The store should have at least waived the cost of the new rental for wasting 3 hours of my time, gas for the trip, and wasting the cleaning solution that I bought.

Plan to be waiting a while if your getting lumber. There is always a ridiculous wait time, 4 available cashier spots but always only 1 cashier. I recommend taking the lumber through self checkout. It’s faster and usually cheaper….

I didn't have to find a department representative for help. They found ME, and walked me directly to the product I came for. Outstanding for a box store!

Great Customer Experience from Staff Assistance with Answers to my Questions!

In addition to staff which avoids customers at all times they have removed the staffed checkouts. Replacing them with failure-prone "self" checkouts is the last straw. My business is going to their competitors who actually have checkers, engaged, friendly staff and aisles that aren't blocked with freight. HD is going down the wrong path at full speed.

This store took out all the registers but one and replaced them with self checkout. How are you going to go through self checkout with a load of lumber or when you have over 20 items and you are tax exempt? You now only have one register and the line to check out is 10 or more deep down the aisle. This store clearly doesn’t care about contractors.

Vann and Sorenwere very helpful in finding a garden tool for us. THe one we were looking for was out of stock but they helped us find an even more desirable alternative

Lady at customer service counter was extremely demeaning and acted like she was too good to answer questions and annoyed.

I couldn’t get the power tool I was planning on getting but Zach was very helpful in helping me get something even better. Without his help and input I would have left the store without buying anything.

This store is consistently cluttered and disorganized. There are typically pallets shoved haphazardly in aisles making shopping on those aisles impossible. Today's visit included the garden area, with pallets, large boxes and carts full of merchandise preventing the ability to easily move down aisles. It is very common to look for something here, that the Home Depot app shows in stock, and find that the item isn't in stock in the location identifed by the app. It can take days for incoming items to get stocked on the shelves. Overall, I do shop at Home Depot but avoid the Bellevue store if possible.
